Had to refinace my mortage this year and had Issues with the bank. So I contacted this group and had the pleasure to speak with Ingram Nurse who help us out with what our needs where. Ingram Nurse was incredibly prompt, professional, kind and patient with me throughout the entire process. Building a home is a very overwhelming process and the fact that Ingram went above and beyond to ensure that I got the best terms for my situation relieved a lot of my stress. I highly recommend Ingrams services. I called him with 2 short weeks left before I was locked into a mortgage at a very high rate with low hopes of finding something more affordable. Ingram got me a way better rate and the process was finished in just 1 week. It was unbelievable and I feel very comfortable with my new lender and my payments going forward. Ingram was very patient and understanding of a slightly panicky and very stressed, first time home buyer. He was able to accommodate any requests, questions and concerns about the lingo and lenders that any new home buyer will come across. Ingram was able to find a lender who would give a mortgage to a mother/daughter team who needed to relocate and find a new job after losing their rental of 26 years. Trust him, I did and I don't do that easily.
