Took my children in to get holiday pictures done on black Friday. I ordered my prints and ended up ordering Christmas cards as well. Sat down with the photographer and chose the font and writing for the cards. Fast forward 2 weeks when I pick up my prints and cards. The cards are in black and white (supposed to be colour) and there is no writing on them. The photographer apologized for his mistake stating that the changes didn't save and he would put the correct order in right away and they would be in on dec 19. Well December 19 comes and my cards aren't there. The manager" talks me in circles and says she'll have to talk to the photographer and he will call me when they figure out what happened. No one called

Price for taking two passport photos is about twice as expensive as Staples, and they don't have the tools to cut the photos well. Do not recommend this portrait studio.

Horrible.Booked and paid for an on location shoot for my daughters first birthday. Not only did no photographer show up, no one bothered to contact me.

This place is a joke paid over 30 to get my photos done and leave with them at the same time but now over a week no photos 4 different recipt with all different album numbers and iv called 4 times to fix it with no help at all i deff recammed useing a different pic studio cause this one will just screw your stuff up
