This place was clearly newly renovated and it’s beautiful! For $128/night compared to surrounding chain hotels at over $200, this place was a steal and we couldn’t be happier! The rooms were large as this was evidently a previously apartment unit that got converted to a hotel- a large living room, kitchen, dining room, and nice bedroom! Guy at service desk was super nice and welcoming. Underground parking available on-site for $9/night! Would definitely return!

Don't stay here unless you bring a can of raid and a level. The whole building leans to one side and is infested with bed bugs. I had at least 50 bites when I checked out. When I told the concierge about the bed bugs she said, maybe you brought the bugs with you". Don't stay there period

paid for stay but demanding to use a credit card for deposit. I asked if I could pay cash or debit they refused. Could not stay here because I have no credit card. Had to look for another place and ended up getting other hotel past midnight

Pros - employees are very nice, big apartment style space, full fridgeCons - bed was hard as a rock leaving us with sore backs, the bathroom sink faucet had hardly any water come out (we had to wash hands and brush teeth in the kitchen), there was a funky smell in the hallway and even worse in our room, the walls are pretty banged up as it’s an old building and instead of being repaired they were just painted, window curtains didn’t fully cover the windows, it was super hot in the room with no thermostat to change

Management won’t speak with you if you have any issues, in my experience. Bed is uncomfortable, tv is 20’. Really just extremely disappointed with management & staff. A super cheap place to stay but still not worth the money!

I visited one of my friends there. The building looks like a renovated old building. So you can see that some of the accessories like the elevator is still feels old and unsafe despite the brand new paints. Furnitures are super old and far from their good days.

Stayed here one night and at 9am a random man walks into our room doesn’t knock just comes right in while we are sleeping. Pretty scary as we are two females. Told the front desk at check out and all he said was sorry nothing else. Mix up or not it was extremely unprofessional and unsafe as a hotel. Seemed like on their terms it was ok that happened.

Okay so these photos are super dated because it looks really modern now, but my life partner and I had a great stay. The room was clean, everything was modern and had great aesthetic and style, everywhere you went, it smelled clean (not like chemical cleaner, like natural cleaners, like when your house when you finish a mega clean). It was really nice. The staff was also friendly. The major issue I had personally was that I wish they had a bigger parking lot.

I would highly recommend this hotel either for a short term stay or a long term stay! The staff are amazing they go above and beyond and are very friendly. My family and I are new to London and had to stay here for long term waiting for our new house. The building is always very clean, underground parking is very convenient and the kitchens in the rooms are very beneficial. There is also an accessible laundry room if you are staying longer and need to do laundry. I will definitely miss my experience and would pick this hotel as my first choice if we ever needed a hotel again
