I was shopping for my weekly groceries on Wednesday July 5th at 11:30 A.M.. and as so often happens in this store, the meat department had many totally empty shelves.There was 1 chicken left, which was to large for my use..I asked if they had any more, the answer was no, More will be coming in this afternoon" -Now who is going to go twice to a grocery store when you live 20 Km. away - Surely you can do better than this..."

Avoid! First of all, Google maps has it in a totally wrong place. Bakery section is awful, there was no good bread or croissants. We got a box of baklava that was so stale, it must've been sitting on shelf for years.

This Provigo is really, really good. It's one of the best remodels the Loblaws family has. It's a true one-step shop. The fresh food is great and they have lots of high-end items and a solid natural selection. But they still have reasonable prices and economical choices. Checkout is always speedy and service is nice.

For an American this place is what supermarkets should be. Excellent fruit and veg. Lots of choices the US doesn't get. For a Brit living in the US this is s great place. They have a lot of British style goods without paying ludicrous speciality store prices. Canadian Heinz beans are just like British. We found the really unexpected too. Tim Tams. Those are Australian.

Great selection of products but this place is so understaffed that you can wait in line for over 30 min on a Saturday. On the other hand, their online pickup system is great.

The calibration of the self check out is so sensitive, just moving an item in your bag, will require an employee to come and confirm. You barely have a choice to use that system since only 1 or 2 cashier lanes are open at any given time. All this while paying more for most products. I’ve stopped shopping there.
