All I can say is wow! Beautiful location and owners who truly care. We've been blown away by the little details to the coffee, decor, or time spent explaining the effort they put into it. Amazing views, amazing people. Highly recommend.

My wife and I took a trip to Newfoundland for our 25'th anniversary. We found the Fishsheds online and decided to treat ourselves with a stay here. Our first phone call with Chris went very well and gave us a great feeling about staying here. The lines of communication with him leading to our arrival day went very smoothly. He gave good directions on how to find the place and came out to meet us when we pulled in. Upon entering the Cottage, we were very happy. It looks exactly like the pictures online. Beautifully built and decorated, the cottage made us feel right at home. We settled in quickly and started our adventures. Over the next 3 days, we enjoyed ourselves to the max.We had some great conversations with Chris and he gave us a bunch of recommendations on things to do and see. The views right in front of the cottage are fantastic and the location is probably the best in Rocky Harbour.One of the highlights of our stay in Rocky Harbour was getting Screeched In. We had a great night out at the Anchor Pub. Ironically, Chris' father, Dave, entertained us for the evening and had the crowd dancing and joining in on the music.All in all, highly recommend a stay at The Fishsheds.Thanks Chris.

Beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Unobstructed view of the ocean. You can ear the waves when you sleep with the window open. Chris was very friendly and made sure to give us recommendations on what to do in the area. We were very happy with our stay and definitely recommend it. It is definitely the best place to stay for visiting Gros Morne National Park!

An exceptional location and a lovely shed"!It was incredible to be able to stay here. The "sheds" are gorgeously appointed tiny cottages in the middle of Gros Morne National Park - a wonder of the North American continent. There are 5 of these cottages

My wife and I stayed in one of these charming cottages in early May 2023. Chris is a warm and friendly host, met us at the cottage and was a wealth of local knowledge.The accomodation itself was a delight. Put it this way, we had been there about five minutes when my wife announced she did not want to leave. Ever.If you are the type to post photos of the places you stay, be prepared to go nuts here, it is stunning. And on top of that the scenery is awesome. From the sunset over the ocean viewed from the front door or kitchen window, or laying in the very comfortable bed and watching the friendly blinking lighthouse on the other side of Rocky Harbour, this place captures your heart.And of course, it is within a short drive of some of the most amazing scenery and wildlife in the world.Highly, highly recommended.

Amazing! The Fish Sheds was our first stop during our 2 week trip - what a way to start! The location can't be beat (gorgeous ocean view) and the place had everything we needed. Chris was very responsive and helpful at all times. I would happily stay here again and will recommend it to friends. It was so nice to have a comfortable, relaxing place to unwind after busy hiking days.
