Bought a couple batteries quite a while back. Over the winter they lost their charge and brought them in for a recharge.Turns out one wouldn't hold a charge and the other did.It was within warranty and they exchanged it no problem. No hassle and super friendly about it.The kicker was that I didn't have the receipt so they looked up my purchase an honored it.A lot of companies these days would not do that let alone let me know it was still covered under warranty.Stand up business. Will be a repeat customer for sure.

What an experience dealing with this team! Seriously could not ask for better customer service. Here how it went down, I called yesterday and spoke to a person who was very helpful, gave some solid advice as to what I needed, was very professional and was really good to hear someone on the phone who really seemed to care about their job. I was buying a battery for an ORV and a Noco booster.Then I went to go pick up what I needed, ended up at the wrong place (another battery store) down the street from MB Battery Distributors, not sure how I did this but we all mess up sometimes, this other place was awful to deal with. I bought the battery at the bad place, said no to the booster cause price was no where near what I was quoted on phone(guess so as was wrong place).Once I left the store realized my mistake, I went to MB Battery and found the lady I spoke to on the phone. Well explained what happened and still was very helpful! I bought the Noco booster from them as they had the price from the call, they even double checked the battery for me to make sure it was the right one. The lady I dealt with here cared about the business line it was her own, maybe it is, didn’t ask.Again, MB Battery Distributors is my battery place now, you have a customer that will tell everyone about this positive experience. I have now purchased two batteries ( both vehicles died within a week, wadda ya do.) in the past week for delivery in the city. First one came within an hour, so I didn't even get their awesome tracker email which tells you how many stops and an approximate window of delivery. Ordered one this morning and will be here by 1 pm at the latest and I can track where he is by stops. You can't ask for better. The pricing is phenomenal as well. My jeep grand Cherokee battery was $60 cheaper then anywhere else, and my Stinger battery, $350 ! Great service, great pricing, I'll definitely make these guys my go to battery shop!* It's been almost 6 months, and both batteries performed perfectly throughout the winter, one I did not plug in once. Great service backed by a good product, can't beat that.

I had a pleasant experience today. Got a good battery based on the advice of Joe and learnt a lot about battery from the guy who helped me install it. Happy with my experience for sure!.

DON T WASTW YOUR TIME GOING HERE!went for a cordless replacement battery with my old broken battery and they gave me the wrong oneBrought it back and told me that they would modify the attachment with no extra fee so I allowed them to do itWent back home but the battery didn’t work stillSo I brought the battery that they modify and they told me that if I wanted to return it I have to pay 30$ labour fee because the modify it!!This is insane !Times are tough for everybody I understand but making money this way from people is not right!

Unbelievable. These guys charged me $133 after tax for a car battery and dropped it off at my house. Like... talk about customer service. Amazing x100. Thank you for being an amazing local company that doesn't overkill with prices. And the delivery side of things, I'm blown away. Right to my front door! Im still in my PJs!

Worst place, 0 customer service skills and they will scam you with incorrect batteries and won’t honour warranties.The staff does not have proper guideline for doing things. The staff will promise you things and refuse service continuously and will not even return your new battery, leaving you stuck with loners.Be extra careful when you go here, bunch of scammers and thieves with no set of rules or way of doing things.
