Had to call in the morning (7am) to ask them to change my brother’s taxi pick up timing for 9am instead due to late start. The lady on the phone said “ you are calling with no route number so what do you want me to do”.She can easily look him up by name and school in the system yet she had such an attitude early in the morning. What kind of customer service is this? Parents should not have to deal with this attitude. Esp early in the morning.

Never returned my call after a complaint was made about a school bus driver near running down a bunch of kids that were crossing with a guard. They must not take these safety issues seriously. I must have to take my complaint to Toronto Police

I have worked with many bus companies and driver's over the years through various outfits. With that being said, I have had the pleasure to work with many different bus drivers through various companies. Edgar, a driver for Attridge (The one pictured in the photo attached), has been one of the greatest I have ever worked with. From his attention to customer service, professionalism to his knowledge of driving all over North America, he is has been of the greatest pleasures of a driver I have ever worked with. Thank you Edgar and Attridge for a great charter experience!

What a joke this company is. Driver is always super early for the pick up times and misses students at our stop. So he's done his job fast and early...he gets paid regardless. Calling to complain is a waste, got spoken down to by some lady named Kay telling me that this is MY problem?! Talk about winning the worst customer service award, definitely won by this miserable human. No, your driver is not following the scheduled timeline so fix it. Take accountability like a real company.

Free School bus training. Friendly service. When I visited Attridge transportation ING in Mississauga, I satisfied with their teaching and my learning. I got my B license in certain timelines. I appreciate their service.

The worst company ever. A complete debacle for 5 days now with my children school bus and it's spread out for many schools in our school district. 60 to 90 minutes delay. NO COMMUNICATIONS. Not a single person is accountable for this mess. Irresponsible - rude people. This company should be shut down immediately. We are driving our children to school as we do not have any trust in this organization.

We hired a bus from this company to shuttle people for our wedding. The service leading up to the event was great. The driver was courteous, thoughtful & helpful to all of our guests. He even went as far as to decorate the bus for us!

We hired a bus from this company to shuttle people for our wedding. The service leading up to the event was great. The bus was clean and the driver let us decorate the bus. Things went smooth and people appreciated the shuttle service. Would recommend this style over a limo anyday!
