Best massage ever! The place is small compared with other spas but the jacuzzi area is amazing and the heated pools as well.

Such a beautiful spa! There are a couple different hot tubs all outside, a fire pit, sauna, indoor pool and the staff are all so friendly! The robes given were so comfortable too! It was an amazing and relaxing experience that I definitely recommend!

Booked the couples spa package - was so wonderful. Pampered to the max. Lunch was tasty. Wonderful massages. Enjoyable outdoor hot tubs. So glad we booked this for our vacation.

My boyfriend and I were pampered here on Saturday. I love that it is not overbooked as it made for an extremely relaxing atmosphere. We had a couples massage, a really great spa lunch, and pedicures. The spa therapists were very professional and friendly and the front desk staff provided excellent service. We really enjoyed ourselves!!

My husband and I both visited during our Banff stay and this was an exceptional afternoon. The spa itself is beautiful and the staff were wonderful. I had a pedicure done by Kayla and thoroughly enjoyed her service as well as her company! My husband had a massage ( I'm sorry I do not know who his masseuse was) however it was his 1st spa visit and he really enjoyed it, she made his back feel so much better. The amenities were luxurious and the hot tub was an unmatched experience with an awe inspiring view.

Absolutely loved this spa! Booked a last minute couples massage while on vacation and the whole experience was lovely. Booking was easy, staff was very friendly and the spa is so gorgeous and has every amenity you need, plus more. We loved that we were able to use the hot tubs, pool and sauna of the spa as well as the hotel. The massages were so amazing! Melanie worked wonders for me- best massage I’ve ever had!! She is very soothing and calming but also knows exactly how to work through your specific needs. She also gave me great advice for issues I’ve been struggling with and everything has helped! My husband received his massage from Holly and said it was also wonderful! Thank you again.. highly recommend!

Amazing experience!We went in for a couples massage and enjoyed the hot tub and the pools.The service was very good! We felt very welcomed! The manager ( Penni Ellis ) made sure we had a great experience, we thank her so much for all her efforts!Also, the massage therapists were SOLID! Professional, and Super friendly!Thank you all again for making our Anniversary day special.

Where to begin… LAUREN was amazing! I’ve had so many massages in my life, & Lauren blew them all out of the water! She was professional but also very personable! She picked out some scents based on the chart I filled out.. & man did she nail it! The only bad part was when she told me it was over haha I recommend requesting Lauren if you want the BEST massage of your life! & the hot pools had amazing views! One on the same floor as the spa, & also two rooftop ones! I could go on and on.. ASK FOR LAUREN

Athena listened closely to my concerns I had about recent acl surgery. She adapted the massage accordingly and made sure the pressure was comfortable to my needs. Everything that I needed to be worked on was addressed and then some. She was friendly and made me feel super comfortable in my experience. Would go again !
