Was told 30 minute wait for walk in over a hour now and still not seen if you want fast service go some were else. Waiting still but finally got into inside room now I wait more

The entire team here is courteous, fast and efficient. Megan, who took my blood, provided a pain-free experience and even took the time to explain details about getting my results online - which, unlike other lab service providers, is free.Sure, there is a small parking fee, but on my most recent visit, I was in and out so fast the parking was free.Nice to see this location open again after it was shut down during the pandemic.

What could be the reason why a private x-ray clinic, funded by OHIP would have to discourage clients???? This clinic was very unfriendly and seemed to do everything to discourage clients. I don't get it!1. Phoned ahead to ask if I should make an appointment for my cervical x-ray and was told that no, I'd need to just take my chances. Asked about their guess for the best time of day and they had none.2. Arrived at location, paid $4 for parking. No one at the desk, just a sign saying to wait.3. When the technician arrived a short time later and checked my paperwork she suggested that I should delay my x-ray and get it where/when I get my bone mineral test done so that I wouldn't have to wait. I told her that I have an appointment for the Bone mineral test but that they too had explained that it was first come first serve for the x-ray. (She said that they wouldn't likely make me wait.) I asked how long the wait was today and she said about 10-15 minutes. I was taken in sooner! While I was waiting and elderly woman came in and was told she'd have to wait one hour so her companion took her away since they couldn't wait.4. The technician was abrupt and officious. NOT a friendly place.

FYI they actually close at 4pm not 5pm like Google says.To the 2 ladies that were working tonight Nov 18. Sorry for being one of the ones that comes at last minute, I listened to Google lol I didn't get your name that did my blood work but you were awesome.Thank you again for getting my in at the last minute.

First of all you have to pay for parking. It’s under 15 minutes it’s free. But I waited just long enough for my appointment that I had to pay. It was four dollars and I was there for less than 20 minutes. on top of that the girl at the front desk was kind of rude and snarky. like every question she asked me had attitude, and she seemed very impatient. And it was funny because right after her friend walked in and she was a completely different person. The woman who did my blood work was awesome. It was very quick and almost painles, No bruising. But due to the other staff member and the fact that i had to pay for parking, I would definitely choose a different location in the future. I use the dentist in this complex and I know that they provide vouchers for parking.

It's amazing lab and stuff especially Naila she is very good she did for me very well job I didn't feel any pain when she took the blood sample and she did for me ECG very fast l like her personality at work ...thank you so much Naila you did very good job thanks

So when they tell you it’s a 30 min wait for a walk-in, that assumes that nobody else shows up for their appointment. Walk-ins get bumped back each time a new appointment shows up. I waited 45 mins for my 30 min walk-in appointment and their screen still said I had over 20 mins to wait…

Still waiting for my blood to be taken after being here for 45 min. Good thing I booked an appointment online. Try a different location if you want fast service. This lab is far from fast.

The nurses here were amazing. Super friendly which is easily something I need due to my anxiety. Last time I went I nearly fainted and they immediately took care of me and got me some water while I laid on a bed. Didn’t rush me and was really nice!

I had a great experience at this Lifelabs, from reception to blood tests. A very clean and well-organized lab. I had an appointment at 12:40 pm today, got there around 12:35 pm, and gave my blood at around 12:45. My blood collection lady was amazing. She was very friendly, efficient, kind, and sincere. Staff like her are an asset to any lab. I think it would be great if LifeLabs could negotiate with the parking enforcement team for a 30-minute parking waiver.
