Worst customer service ever. They sent a grapple to NH to us and then thing leaked the first 5 minutes. Never got back in touch with me, never tried to help out or back their products. So now we are stuck with a useless grapple. We dumped money into it to try to fix all the bad issues and it still doesn't work. We paid $3800.00 US dollars and it's been a lemon. Don't buy one. I'm so disappointed with these people and their product.

J'ai acheter une chargeuse Farma, très bon conseil et très bon service. Wayne et Brad sont fort sympathique. Ils connaissent bien leurs produit. J'adore leurs concepts de toujours trouver le meilleur produits sur le marché au meilleur prix. Ils n'essaie pas de nous vendre n'importe quoi. Merci Piken's!
