The cash register took 5 min to ask for my order even though there was no line up.I asked for a General curry and they gave me a pad Thai. And they didn't want to remake my order.when I forced them to remake my order correctly the cook dropped the F bomb when cooking.just go to rideau centre, much better

I've been there about 4 times. Two times my order was incorrect. The shortest time it's taken is ~30 minutes and the longest was 50 minutes.It would be seriously faster to walk to the Thai Express at Rideau Center, buy your food and walk back. Food would be better too since they tend to undercook the noodles trying to catch up to all the orders.

I worked in a Thai express for two years, it’s an easy job. The fact that it takes almost 40 minutes to get one pad Thai when there are not even ten customers is ridiculous. The cashiers are on their phones and are just walking around the kitchen randomly. They don’t seem to know what they are doing and have trouble understanding the orders when they come out on paper and just wave the paper around. To me it seems like half laziness on the staff’s behalf and half lack of job training.

The wait is horrendously long every single time. Compared to all other Thai express locations I went to in my life, this one is much worse than all the other ones. They talk amongst themselves more than they check on the food they're making or the people they're supposed to take orders from. The food tasted horrible and wasn't mixed properly. Happened to me twice already at this location. The meat was all bunched up together and everything tasted like vinegar (the Pad See Ew never tastes like that anytime I get it at other locations). This location is always a hit or miss. Sometimes the food is eatable and cooked right, sometimes it almost can't be eaten because it tastes very bad or has other issues. Avoid this location and go to the rideau centre. You'll be disappointed if you go there.

So much oil! The tofu didn't even taste properly cooked and it tasted like the pad Thai was missing something. it didn't taste like pad Thai. I think it depends on the cook tho because last time the food didn't taste like this.

Rude staff, slow and totally unsanitary. My order got taken by another customer - understandable, but the staff was very rude about it. Afterwards, the person that re-did my order reached into the broth pan with a soup bowl (made out of paper) and with her hand dipping in it (thank god it had a glove on - but she wore it all along, not sanitary at all). She had to throw out the bowl because it got all soggy.Anyways, I don't understand how this place is still working or how they hire/train people. The owner must have a good deal or contacts with the school in order to still remain in business ;)

Just another example of good food ruined by the service personnel. Since this store is run by the catering company that runs the cafeteria, the food taste average( worse than the typical Thai express), the service personnel can be cool sometime( but most time does not speak proper English) and you are expected wait a typical 30+ minute for you order, since sometime it's just simply not show up in the system.

This place is crazy slow. There’s always 20 people in line who have to wait an hour for noodles. The staff doesn’t communicate with customers about who’s food is who’s when it is ready. One person cooks while 5 people stand around and chat. You could walk to the Rideau centre and get Thai express there much quicker. People continually walk back up after getting their orders and have to explain how the order is wrong. AVOID

I requested no onions and waited 20min with 2 ppl in front of me then burned my hand cuz some soup was on the lid and was not closed properly
