Got 70+ Bankers’ Boxes of confidential documents to be shredded securely. Called around different companies in Calgary for pricing & availability. Some places had pretty bad or non-existing sales services. For example, some companies seemed to only have voice messages or answering services for important sales calls, so maybe they don’t really care about our businesses? If they can’t be reached during sales calls, imagine if there are problems or issues on the day of service? Not cool.Amongst the last few potential candidates, EnviroShred got the business at the end because Christine was very helpful & professional. After consulting with Sales Manager Leslie who was away for a seminar, Christine was able to get the total all-in quoted price down to a more competitive and reasonable level as the first quoted price was a bit pricey compare to others. For example EnviroShred charging 11% extra for FSC (Fuel SurCharge) (compared to a FSC 8% charge a few years ago) seems excessive. Maybe the FSC amount can be capped at a maximum fixed amount like $10 (as its competitor does) or even a fixed maximum amount of $20 is more reasonable. FSC of 11% of total amount can get crazy expensive on bigger jobs which seems excessive and a bit taking advantage of customers if you ask me. I mentioned this to Leslie and I hope EnviroShred will do something about capping the FSC charge.Driver/Operator Mark gave me a call in advance of arrival and he was a pro working for the company for 14+ years. Very pleasant to talk to and detail oriented as someone you want to make 100% sure your confidential documents are totally shredded, nothing missing/blown away, or simply left in the boxes. I asked and Mark showed & explained to me the video monitor feed of the documents being shredded. At the end, I noticed in the video monitor that a few documents and paper folders were left unshredded kinda floating above the shredder. And Mark promptly took care of them safely and professionally.All in all, as I mentioned to Leslie, I love and want to support Calgary and other Alberta based businesses BUT the service has to be good and the pricing competitive and reasonable. In the age of Google Review, customers looking for all types of services (shredding services included) can look everywhere (easily) to search for good service and reasonable pricing.Thanks to great service and experience by the EnviroShred team this time, I will, in the future, be sure to call EnviroShred again as one of the companies I check out for quote. I believe customer loyalty should be earned and never taken for granted. May the better companies with good service & reasonable pricing win us Calgarians’ businesses!

We had an amazing experience with EnviroShred, Carina made it extremely easy to book with and was very friendly. That level of service continued with Carl who came to shred our documents, he was quick, explained everything clearly and was just as friendly. After having called an international company before hand we were appalled by their customer service as well as their prices. We highly recommend EnviroShred for any business/personal needs.

I have utilized EnviroShred services the previous year. Their service is fast and more affordable compared to other. Purging is done on site which provides protection and security to our documents. Carina and Mark did an awesome job.

Great Service. We arranged service with in a day of calling and they came to our location. Very accommodating and the driver was professional and friendly.

The shred was easy to set up and the truck driver called andsaid 30 minutes; he arrived right on time and he ran up anddown the driveway and was done 12 minutes; holy smoke!Can't do better than that !! PBD

This my first time using EnvrioShred I would highly recommend them as the driver came in and I showed him where the boxes where and he handled it from there. He was super quick and friendly as well.

Hired EnviroShred for a Customer Appreciation Event last week.Every from the initial phone call right through to the last box through the shredder was top notch. Will definitely use then again next year.

Great service, i called one day and they came the next. We had over 80 boxes of shredding which Mark done on site. He was awesome and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend them.
