OUTSTANDING SERVICEPerrotta’s Plumbing really saved me from a flood. First of all, Paul came quickly in the middle of the night when other 24-hour plumbers would not even answer their phones. Secondly, Paul swiftly checked all aspects of my plumbing and determined that the plumbing was fine – I was having my first-ever Spring seepage flood. Thirdly, it wasn’t even his problem anymore since it wasn’t a plumbing issue but he stuck around until he had found the source of the problem and walled it off with a dyke made of towels. Fourthly – then he set up a water vacuum in a way that the situation was held in check as long as I kept emptying the water vacuum. Fifthly – then he left his water vacuum with me for days until the seepage flood had stopped. Finally – he used his contacts during that very first night to summon restoration folks to assess (and try to prevent) damage while the water crisis was freshly developing. I couldn’t have asked for better help and his calm friendly professionalism steered me through a serious water issue that had me in a panic.Finger InnaDyke

Had a sewage back-up and when I called Paul answered. He was concerned about my problem, told me his Emergency Tech was on a prior job and should be at my place in an hour. Now he was so determined to help me that he said If he isn't free in an hour I'll swing by" wow what dedication to customer service!!Very fast service
