Generally love how consistent Tommy Guns is across the country- I am from Vancouver and decided to get my haircut here while visiting family- such wonderful service and staff. Thanks for a lovely experience! However! You didn’t use the hot towels which is such a downer as that is part of your package. That’s why only three stars. Have to keep your product consistent.

Went in for an appointment with Cass. She was very friendly and helpful in picking a haircut as I was indecisive. She did an amazing job and went above and beyond. Would recommend her to anyone looking for a good high quality hair cut.

The girls are very nice here. But they straight up cannot cut hair. Not at 40$ a haircut. I have bounced around girl to girl and only found one that was really good. Unfortunately she found her work environment toxic and left.

I looked the kindness the most about my experience. I was involved in a serious car accident a little over two months ago, and was recently released from hospital. I needed to have my side burns, a shave (as my dominant hand is still recovering from a broken wrist) etc. My wife was concerned whether I would be able to be accommodated in a wheel chair, so she has called ahead and spoke to the manager, who assured her that I could be. Upon my arrival it did take a few extra minutes for her to get set up, but I was delighted when I saw that she had moved the barbers chair out of the way and I was able to roll right into place. Her conversation during the trim and shave was quite delightful, I actually felt like I was a returning customer who had been going there for years. Keep up the good work everyone, I couldn't have been happier with the service I recieved, and I will certainly be returning in the future.

I took my nephew to experience his first straight razor shave as a part of his birthday gift. We arrived and were told it would be a 2 hour wait, which was expected given how close to the holidays it was. Once we got in, I was assigned Ray as my barber. She did not disappoint. Her technique was flawless and she provided an incredible experience. I'm pretty sure I nodded off once during my time in the chair, which is probably the highest compliment you can pay to a stranger who is working around your face and neck with a straight razor. She was incredibly professional, very easy to work with and obviously had full command of what she was doing. Best experience I've ever had in a barber's chair.If you have the opportunity, go and find out for yourself how great the experience is. It's well worth it.
