DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!After reviewing the positive reviews of this place I thought it would be a good option. The initial visit concluded that we needed to get a new pump for our dishwasher. Upon ordering the part myself (as it was faster than doing it through their company), I called them back to have it installed. Everything was fine, until a week later when a related issue occurred, I contacted the technician back to come and review the issue and he said he would be over the next day. That day came and went, I called him/texted and he never called me back. I called the office, left messages, spoke to the MANAGER - whom also never called me back. I must have called over 20+ times between the manager, technician and dispatcher, which all I could get was We will get the technician to call you back." It's a week later now and I am still waiting for that call...Also

Appliance Repair Expert has repaired both my washing machine and dishwasher. Neither were particularly easy jobs and required a couple of call outs, but they got to the root of the problem and call-out charges were extremely reasonable. I'll definitely use it again.
