Amazing store & staff! I've been buying my jewelry here for 18+ years, rings, earrings, necklaces, charms & watches and all are still in excellent condition, still looking brand new. Staff are so friendly, passionate and genuine nice people. Sabrina is exceptional! She helped me pick out a watch and bracelet and took her time with me to choose the right items that I would enjoy for years to come. I will only go to Dia amore.

Such high respectful level of Customer Service at this lovely Shoppe in Barrie. The Owner’s Neice took very special care in assisting me to find a lovely chain for a Pendant my Husband had purchased in the past. The Owner came to speak with me and introduced himself. Wonderful jewellery store! Knowledgeable, helpful staff. I took in a bracelet that my mom gave me to repair the clasp. They explained several options at various prices. They respected my budget and fixed the bracelet while I waited. I am so pleased to have this lovely piece to wear again. Excellent service from jewellers who care. Dia Amore Jewellers did amazing work in a very respectable timeframe. My fiancé and I called them one morning inquiring about a ring resizing, we were able to drop the ring off a few hours later, my finger was sized appropriately, and the ring was resized in just hours! The staff is accommodating, friendly, and personable! Would definitely recommend their services and would continue to use them in the future!

I needed to have my engagement ring re-designed as the band had broken with all the resizing to make it larger. Hector helped me design my ring with my exsisting diamonds and provided me with a beautiful new ring in just a couple of weeks at a reasonable cost. I was very pleased with the the finished ring and their professional manner. I will be going back!

The engagement ring I bought is so beautiful, and unique, and had excellent service from Hector, it was a fantastic experience! We are very happy with the purchase of our ring, it is a jacketed ring, that was made by the jewelers on site, we also had it sized at the shop and it fits perfect. I could not make a stronger recommendation to purchase jewelry here, thank you so much! (ps. she said yes!!)

Scam artists, sold me a 30” Franco chain 3 years ago that was supposed to be 18 karat gold. Got it appraised today and its only 10k. also got a custom yin yang pendant from here which i later found out they didnt even make it themselves. they went to another jeweller and bought it for about half of what i paid for it. If you want to get taken advantage of this is the place to go
