I have had home insurance with a few of the major companies, always dealing directly with them, so this was the first time I've ever used a broker to help me secure a policy. From the moment I spoke to Darlene Hughes, I felt reassured and confident in her abilities. I was not an easy case. Darlene never judged my situation...infact, she showed a great deal of understanding. I ended up with an amazing policy with low premiums. I truly don't know what I would have done without her assistance.

I've dealt with McDougall for almost 20 years for my auto and commercial insurance needs. They have always gone beyond to ensure my interests have been well protected. On top of this they have saved us thousands over the years by shopping our business around.Truly wonderful people to deal with!

First it took 3 months to get a quote from these guys, specifically dealing with rep Scott Ferrier. Quote was good but took another 2 months to set up the plan. Wanted the new policies in place for when my existing policies expired, paperwork wasn't ready given 2 months to prepare it. I wasn't prepared to go without house and car insurance so had to stick with exiting policies elsewhere. How are you still in business with a 5+ month turnaround to provide people insurance? Everywhere else gives quotes instantly or a few days at most and has paperwork ready in days, not months.

Amazing Company! I have been with McDougall for years now and I highly recommended them to everybody I come across. I need to mention my broker Carlene as she is exceptional at what she does. The customer service is almost unbelievable. Any time I need help with anything and call or email she is there making it quick and easy. As a business owner I really notice certain things and I must say McDougall is doing it right and if their other employees are anything like Carlene they are a super star company. You guys should be embarrassed. Iv tried to get a quote for 3 weeks now. I think the lady left the company but your receptionist will not help me get in contact with someone.

When I called McDougall Insurance I never thought that I would get a Great quote but I did. I also got an amazing broker Mr. Rafay Saeed. Rafay has been super nice and the most helpful. He always gets back to me on time. I really appreciate him and everything that he has done for me. I definitely recommend McDougall Insurance . Rafay was excellent! I changed over from another insurance company due to expensive rates. Rafay saved me a big chunk of money. He is also very friendly. Overall a very positive experience.
