Customer service is nowhere to be found. I walked in and the girls at the register didn’t greet me. Take in there was only one other customer in the store and a different employee was dealing with them. After I picked up my order, they didn’t say anything, not even a bye.

Friendly and helpful staff as usual! Recently visited the store to check about an issue with the earring that I bought for my wife. The lady who greeted us in the store replaced it with a new pair under warranty replacement. Our overall experience was great and the replacement process was hassle-free!!

Michelle from the store was very friendly and helpful. She helped me with fixing my tennis bracelet. She is very approachable and polite. I would recommend everyone to go to this location.

It's my our favorite store. The quality of their jewelry is amazing! Well organized store at the Scarborough Town Center, and all employees are friendly. Although one employee, that goes exceptionally out of way to make sure we find the size or the styles we're looking for is, Sandhya.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Michelle exceeded customer service expectations. She brought in an item from another store to save me the hassle of travelling to a further location. Will be returning to this location for future Swarovski purchases.

I am a loyal customer with Swarovski and have to say the experience I had at this location the other day (which I had never been to), was outstanding. I was shopping for a friend and needed some help/advice with selection. This gentlemen named Daniel helped me right away and showcased amazing customer service skills. He not only provided amazing service, but met all of my wants needs and expectations. He was knowledgeable, friendly, polite and helped me pick out the most perfect gift (which my friend adores!)I will for sure be coming back to this location!

I have not visited this location previously, I usually go to pandora, but I did go here for a Mother’s Day gift. The staff is so very friendly and go the extra mile to ensure you love what you choose. Special thanks to Sadiya for the suggestions and for being so patient with me as I decided. I would give them 6 stars if I could!! See you all for the next gift I get, and thank you so much for the amazing experience!!
