I do not leave reviews often, but Tim and his crew deserve a recognition for a job well done. Over the last 20 years I lived in a number of neighbourhoods with my family as we moved from Scarborough to Markham and recently to Stouffville, and I have always found it difficult to find a reliable, trustworthy and competent car mechanic shop. Tim is just that and more.After a tire replacement at Cdn Tire that resulted in a busted tire pressure sensor right after I picked up our 2012 Toyota Matrix (not that they would take responsibility for it!), I went to Tim and he had it fixed. Having a good experience with his shop, the following week I took my 2018 Tesla Model 3 for tire replacement and he again did not miss a beat. There is something to be said of family businesses in towns where salt of the earth people still live and work.Thank you Tim for your work! With four growing kids and three cars, let me close with the famous quote from Arnold: 'I'll be back!."

Im writing this review literally moments after leaving from here. Driving home I noticed a noise coming from my car and stopped by. I met Tim, who although had closed up shop for the night still helped me out by providing a temporary fix on the bumper. I am so greatful for his help and am glad to know there are still some good people in the world! Do check them out! Thanks again Tim!

I keep meaning to write a review because I am so grateful for the service I get at Main St. Auto. Tim is personable, trustworthy and knows what he's doing. As a single woman I am always an easy target for anything to do with cars but have always been treated with professionalism and get good value for my money here. I have and will continue to recommend Tim's shop to friends and family.

Friendly and great customer service. Tim and his team went the extra mile with my car. I had an unexpected brake malfunction, being in a bind and so far from home, I was lucky enough to go and use Main Street Auto Services. Noticed my tire was flat when running errands in town. Stopped by Main Street Auto and Tim came out to help me as i had no idea how to pump it up. He showed me what to do so i could do it myself next time. He was super friendly and i am happy we met because now i know where to go next time my car has an issue. Thanks Tim!

I highly recommend Tim / Main St Auto.Tim took the time to investigate and explain an ongoing issue with my vehicle.
