Peacock replaced 3 large windows in our century home. We chose them because their prices were reasonable and we were happy with the workmanship. We were quoted $150/per window to complete exterior capping on two additional windows, which we were told would be completed the same day as the installation of the three others. The work took longer than expected to complete and the capping could not be done that day. We paid our nearly $3000 bill and never heard back from them again. When we reached out to have them come back to complete the work (along with a copy of the email in which it was stated in writing), they said they just couldn't do it" and then told me they were no longer doing window and door installations.
