I reached out to Stratus Building Solutions for office cleaning services after looking up who the top cleaners in Edmonton were, and we needed them pretty immediately. From the time I submit a quote request on their website to the time I got a phone call from their president Stephen was probably around an hour, and from there he was here to take measurements within the hour. He sent me over a 17 page proposal that same afternoon with the pricing, about their company, what they do, and what to expect they would be doing for us. He was very fast and professional. When I mentioned I was hoping to have service that weekend (I inquired the Thursday), Stephen and Hanna worked to fit is in and Hanna was here the Friday for a walk through. Come Monday when we arrived to the office, the cleaning they provided was up to our high standards and we were very pleased. On top of their outstanding service, they are reasonably priced, quick at responding, and friendly to deal with. They have definitely earned their title as one of the best cleaning services in Edmonton.

We have had Stratus Building Solutions clean our office for the last couple of years and have been very happy with their services. The do a great job, they have a great system for communication between us and the person doing the cleaning (same person every time which is great) and they follow up with us on a regular basis to ensure we are happy with the work done. Highly recommend!

Update :This name might be not in your list ,but I’m one of the franchisee ,please stop spending time on replying to this review and correct the mistakes mentioned in my review ,my intention is not to bash the business in public as I’m one of the franchisee , I want you people to correct the mistakes so that we both can grow . Notified your mistakes several times in private nothing worked !I’m one of the franchise owner of Stratus Building Solutions of Edmonton .The beginning was great,presentation was good Stephen really did a good job explained everything very nicely he has good knowledge about this business, They are really good with their accounts,and accounts are happy with the service the franchise owners provide .Main issue is the back office support :Their back office support (includes billing and accounts handling ) for the franchise owners really needs improvement. I’m sorry tonsays it’s very very very poor .It’s been few months for me mid month statements are never sent ,month end statements are always full of errors !It’s really hard to get hold of anyone in the office or operation manager when we have any issues with the accounts or monthly statements.Calls always go unanswered no reply for the emails and it’s hard to book appointments .It’s very clear that they don’t want to give respect they’re very negligent and ignorant towards the franchise owners .Franchise owners need some respect too just because my money is with you don’t do whatever you want ,and make me feel that i get paid only if I’m lucky !Other cleaning companies are paying the franchisees on time this is the only company which is not paying on time !I had sent an email about this no response yet ,wanted to discuss this in person but I was never given a chance to interact with the office or the operation manager !so google is my only option for now !Kindly spend some time and rectify the above mentioned back office issues you will be number one in Edmonton!

We reached out to Stratus Building Solutions to come in and clean and wax our floors after a few years of wear and tear. Ludwig did an amazing job. Our floors look new again. They are very professional and completed the job in a timely manner. I highly recommend.

This is my work place, and it is wonderful! A family feel environment where we feel appreciated and valued. I have been here almost 3 years, and I am not going anywhere.
