South Fraser installed a new furnace in our home last week and we are so happy. They were thorough and detailed in their work. Yesterday I noticed that an old duct connecting to the new furnace had a large hole in it that had been previously taped over, it must have given way when the new furnace was installed. Immediately Klayne came by and made a repair. He went above and beyond and checked the rest of the duct work and found two other holes and repaired them. These were out of their scope of work and its so appreciated that they made the time and provided this level of customer service to ensure our home is toasty warm and efficient. I also really appreciated that he cleaned up and respected my home when doing this work. I would recommend them for any HVAC work.

They were 1 of 3 companies that scoped the job to replace our circa 2000 hot water and furnace. They were quick with this & fairly priced.We went back and forth on options which took some cajoling & time. We netted out on the job and commissioned it for a month's time.They did not show up the day of & I had to call them. We weren't put on the list.They stood by the error and made it right & got both installed within the week - with some prompting.We then had a part fail on a Friday in the new furnace and spent a cold weekend in a cold house - they don't do weekends and with a brand new furnace under warranty we were stuck.It got repaired the following Monday. Things have been Ok since.It wasn't a smooth process - especially given the sum paid. I'd probably not go with them again.

Installed a heat pump for me. They were affordable, professional, and ensured I was happy with the job. They are pretty busy so you do have to take the initiative to ensure they communicate timelines effectively, but other than that my experience was positive.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent work installation that your company performed for me. Unfortunately, the quality of the work was far below my expectations and has left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. The pictures says everything.The installation team arrived late, and seemed disorganized and unprepared. They did not have all of the necessary tools and equipment, which caused further delays and frustration.The work itself was also of poor quality. The finished product was not up to the standard that I had expected, with several noticeable defects and imperfections. It is clear that attention to detail was not a priority for your team, and this has resulted in an unsatisfactory final outcome.Overall, I am deeply disappointed with the work installation that your company provided. I had high hopes for a professional and high-quality job, but instead received an unsatisfactory and disappointing experience. I urge you to take this feedback seriously, and to take steps to ensure that this does not happen to future customers.If anyone is interested in more pictures and video, I'm willing to share.

I hired a different company which turned out to be a nightmare. I was put in contact with South Fraser Heating and Cooling and spoke to Tyler. Tyler took the time to come to my house and fix everything and make sure it was all running properly and fixed up the remaining bits.After having first hand bad experience from another company in the field of work, I highly recommend South Fraser Heating and they will be my go to from here on out.

Very pleased with the service I received! We had a heat pump installed and the installation went very smoothly. We were well taken care of from start to finish. The staff were super friendly and answered all our questions. The heat pump works great, bye bye baseboards! Would absolutely recommend this company to others.

These guys did a fantastic job on installing HVAC and metal duct work as part of our engineered air system in our building. The job has been completed over two years ago. The system is running good. No problem since install. And the work was done on time and on budget. They deserve a good review.

Christian did a great installation job, answered all our questions, and did a complete clean-up and takeaway of our old furnace. He even went beyond our expectations to make sure we were comfortable with the programming operation of our new furnace. We received follow-up contact the following week from Klayne to see if we were completely satisfied. Obviously customer service and satisfaction are their highest priorities along with quality product and installation. We definitely recommend them to any one looking to install a new furnace. The price and value was the best in our area plus their association with Home Depot's interest free financing for a limited time was a nice bonus --and easy!

Very happy with the mini split air conditioner heat pump system installed in our condo. Jim gave us a quote and stuck to it. Install was fast and professional. Recommended South Fraser to other owners in our stratacomplex or anyone needing HVAC system serviced or installed.

I was very impressed with this company. The guys did a fast and efficient job at installing a ductless mini split heating and cooling system in my work shop. They explained everything in detail left without a mess. I had a couple qoutes from other companies and south Fraser heating and cooling was able to provide what I needed at a better rate. I highly recommend them.
