I highly recommend Asera Dental! I have been seeing Dr. Ahmoye, who came highly recommended to me by a retired industy specialist. Having had alot of dental work through the years my experience with Dr. Ahmoye tops the list! He is caring, explains everything thoroughly, and is a technician and craftsman. The crown he put in is the best work ever. Wish he had done my other dental work. Can't say enough about my positive experience!! 10 stars if there was such a rating!!! Thank You Dr. Ahmoye!

Why doesn't google allow negative stars? This Dentist doesn't know how to do business. Having a Dr. in front of your Surname doesn't mean you are saint. You close down during COVID and forget to claim your client's insurance. When you reopen your business, you missed the insurance claim deadline and send an invoice to your client chasing them for your mistake. Some people might naively believe those with a Dr. degree is Holy, but tell you the truth, being able to go to med / grad school might just mean the person has a wealthy family and they use their professionalism" to rip money off naive people."

I have been procrastinating on my dental service for the past 5 years until my tooth filling fell out recently. I told Dr. Ahmoye and the technician that I don't have an insurance now and budget is a concern for me. They were super helpful and nice, took their time to explain the cost and the conditions of my teeth before proceeding. Dr. Ahmoye filled my tooth, took care to make sure the anaesthesia has kicked in before drilling, and told me what I should be aware of in terms of my teeth condition and what i should prioritize in the next while. It was a pleasant experience in general and I feel well taken care of. Will definitely recommend this dental office!o

Money is all they care about. Lousy Front desk staff cant even communicate properly in English.(1) One Dr inserts a crown that is too tight on the sides (no room for flossing) AND not deep enough. BUT he claims its fine and doesn't send it back for a new one. Now I live with sensitivity issues for rest of my life.(2) Another Dr keeps canceling his appnt when he feels like it (twice now) with only 1 days notice. Then there is no-one else who can see me, so totally ruins my plans, as I take time-off work. This place gets really frustrated if u cancel ur appnt, but don't care if THEY cancel on You!(3) Receptionist are clueless. When she calls, she doesn't realise if the patient is a man or a woman from the name. I'm a Guy, and she asks to speak to MRS using my names. How difficult is it to get that right ... come one !(4) Receptionist doesn't realise what is first name and last name, and keeps calling me by my last name. Again how difficult is it to get that right ... come one !

NEVER GO TO THIS DENTAL OFFICE. ITS A SCAM!!!! The dentist and the staff sell you unnecessary dental treatment. I had told Dr Yan that my insurance is running out but they doesn't follow up with the insurance claim and missed the deadline to get their money back. Months later

Dr. James Ahmoye is the best! His work is awesome and he was able to fix the issues with my tooth where food was stuck. I visited 3 other dental clinics previously but none of them was able to fix it. He is also super detail-oriented and took the time to explain the situation with me. Really appreciate Dr. James‘s work and highly recommend him!

Asera Dental is a nice and clean environment. Friendly front desk ladies, especially Lisa.One thing only that I highly dislike, is that this dental clinic often changes its employees. Not sure what to make of it?.Other than that this place is ok.Sanela

All the staffs are really friendly and helpful. Dr. Monica is always gentle, provides good dental care and explains in detail about further treatment procedure as well as my current dental health.

I have been with Asera dental from the start, following Dr. Yan from her previous practice. Her personal connection with clients, knowledge of her practice and continued willingness to further develop her skills, has always been the reason we go back. The staff that currently works there are fantastic and have patience for children, which is key to a positive experience at a dental office. Even my wife, who has always feared the dentist, goes to all of her appointments. I recommend them to everyone I know, who is looking for a dentist.

I've been going to Asera Dental since 2012 (9 years). Every person I've interacted with there (the front desk folks, dental assistants, and dentists) has been friendly, attentive, and professional.They sometimes run 10-20 minutes late in their appointments, but the dentists always take the time to get things just right, and they make sure I'm as comfortable as possible. I'm happy to wait a little after I arrive because it means they're not rushing people through.The place is well maintained, has modern equipment, and modern practices. My insurance claims go typically go through within a day of my visits.
