Service was not great. One employee was rude. Also, limited sizes in each style. I planned on buying frames, but I was just too unsatisfied with my experience.

I've been to the Bonlook boutique in Promenades St-Bruno a few times to buy prescription glasses and have always had a great experience. The staff is helpful in finding styles that suit your face!

Je suis totalement insatisfait , j ai acheté une paire de lunettes il y a quelques mois, j en suis à mon 12 ieme rdv d’ajustement et 3 ieme monture, j ai reçu ma 3 ieme monture lundi et aujourd’hui, vendredi , je dois y retourner pour un nouvel ajustement. PU JAMAIS .
