I had an absolute pleasure to deal with Zakir (Zak) and Roger. Both gentlemen are the best in the industry in terms of sales and numbers. Zak helped me in buying my new 2023 Acura RDX-A spec, he connected with me and my partner well and explained each & every query patiently. On the other hand i call Roger as the 'numbers guru' and he assisted us in getting the best deal.Both gentlemen were not pushy in terms of selling and allowed me and my partner to make our decision on our own. They followed up very well in terms of open communication and provided the correct information. Had to have my car serviced here and I have to say it was the most pleasant experience I’ve had at a dealer, I forgot to ask my tech how I could give positive feedback so I’m hoping he sees it here!Dimitar, extremely professional and very insightful and transparent. Made my visits very seamless, I wanted to possibly switch to a different car brand but I’m devoted to shopping with Acura and specifically because of Dimitar, I will be going to Downtown Acura! Excellent delivery of customer service!

This was the place to go for buying a used car ! The salespeople were friendly and so easy to work with . They were super efficient and got the deal done with no pressure and no questions left unanswered . They have a huge selection of cars and they are very well maintained. Calvin was amazing. Would highly recommend this dealership!!

Brought an iLX at Acura Downtown for my nephew. Had a great experience with the purchase. Salesperson Daniel Lim is very helpful, and accommodating to our schedule, even though I made numerous changes on the delivery date. Car delivered is in perfect condition, nice and clean. Inside and out. And hygiene inside is great too during the pandemic. Acura Downtown is a highly recommended dealership.

A big thank you to Dimitar and the entire service team for their excellent client service, they go above and beyond taking care of their customers. I bought my RDX since new and has been taking it to Acura Downtown for services. Not only they get all the work done on time on budget, they are also willing to help out where they can including offering discount for repairs, providing free car rental, etc. My car's AC unfortunately died recently at a low milage, Dimitar very patiently explained all my options and the best way forward. The repair cost they quoted was the lowest (even lower than Honda dealers) and I know they do honest work. When I contacted Acura Canada to help out with my situation, Dimitar/Anthony were all super helpful and responsive. I am really pleased with the service I received from Acura Downtown and would recommand them to anyone!

I recently purchased a vehicle from Acura Downtown. I was greeted promptly when I stepped in the door by Adam, the General Manager and Calvin helped me throughout the sale. Calvin was friendly and went above and beyond in his service. He was honest and personable. Adam followed up with me after the sale and was professional and pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend Acura Downtown as a place to purchase a new or used vehicle!

Worst customer service ever, Toronto don’t waste ur time going there. Their General manager or managers never picks up the phone or if you leave a voicemail mail u don’t get their reply. I bought my Acura MDX 2023 A spec trim from them, it was a demo car. Pricy. I picked my car In the month of January. Not going to lie in excitement, while picking up my car I missed checking if the car has summer car mats. Almost a week later I realized I am missing summer car mats. And had to call the dealership multiple times to get hold of the supervisor and finally I found this manager named as Roger who told me that it is my fault that I didn’t check the car while picking up and I have to buy the mats now. He also pity me saying I can give you some discount if you want.So people right now I don’t have my summer mats in my brand new car.This shows Acura downtown customer service. My humble opinion Toronto learn from my experience.** when I uploaded this review after a week later the Acura down town made a comment that their team will discuss with me about the above mentioned matter which NEVER HAPPENED, FYI Toronto. The dealer just wants to earn good reviews lol. This is their customer service again. Pathetic. I am not going there again. Getting my car service from other Acura dealers in Toronto. Will share my experience with Acura Canada now. Very disappointed with Acura.**

Terrible Experience: Untrustworthy Automotive Dealer.First and foremost, the finance manager (Ronald Yp) ran a credit check without our consent. We had specific concerns and wanted to clarify a few items before proceeding with the financing. However, despite our request to hold off, the finance manager went ahead with the financing process, leaving us obligated to finance the car over a term that we never agreed to. This breach of trust and lack of respect for customer consent is completely unacceptable. I will be reporting this to the Business Bureau.Secondly, the salesman we dealt with lied to us about correcting" interior defects in the car. We were assured that these issues would be addressed

I purchased a 2020 Acura TLX AWD with a naturally aspirated V6 from Acura Downtown and want to thank Ilya Zalessky for a great experience. Ilya was honest, knowledgeable , and helpful. The process was easy and seamless with a car trade in. So far the car is performing great, and yes, “the car drives like a tank in the snow”… verified.
