My wife and I wanted to buy a Lucky scooter for our son for Christmas, but couldn't find it anywhere locally (we live in the Vancouver area). A google search directed us to Cosmic Pro where we found exactly what we were looking for. Their website is intuitive and informative. We ordered the scooter we wanted, and it arrived a few days later. Our son was thrilled with his gift. Overall, a great on-line buying experience!

I purchased the FreshPark Ultimate Grind Rail Kit back in November. It arrived on time and we exactly as promised. My family has been using these rails for snowboarding in our backyard terrain park and have been awesome! I would definitely recommend these rails for anyone looking to practice their rail work in the comfort of their own yard!

Decided to head down to Cosmic Pro Scooters today as I wanted to buy a scooter to be able to ride around with my sons. I was having trouble finding the store and checked google again to find 2 listings, one of which showed them as open and the other showing them as closed. I called the store and Daniel, one of the owners answered. He confirmed that they were in fact closed today but that he wasn’t too far and that he would come meet us at the store - something he certainly didn’t have to do! When Daniel arrived he introduced himself like a friend would and took us into the store. After helping me find a scooter and my boys some pads, he offered my boys some t-shirts and stickers and was just so gracious and kind. In a world of online shopping and mostly terrible service where ever you go, Cosmic Pro Scooters was a very pleasant surprise. I won’t hesitate to return when we need some more gear. We had a great experience with a knowledgeable sales person who encouraged my son to try out many different scooters and gave us space to discuss the purchase. This was wonderful as it was a big purchase for my son. We felt great leaving with a high quality scooter and will definitely return when we are in need of replacement parts or another scooter.
