Did Brenda Page nose maker ceased because I have been complaining about the tenants above me for months and nothing has been done, I even called to speak to the regional manager and was told my complaint will be forwarded to the on-site office, which I have contacted numerous times as well as the on-site security. My rating is actually negative but, I could not post without a rating.Update….. Since writing this the tenants above me with the exception of the husband have been really quite. The kids are not running around, less things being dropped on the floor but, when the husband is home you know because the noise level is high, kids running ariund, things being dropped it as if he does it intentionally.

The staff here are friendly and knowledgeable and look after the buildings. The apts. are clean and freshly painted with new doors, cabinetry and appliances and laminate flooring. The rents are quite reasonable for London. Most everything a person needs is within a kilometer of us. Been here for 15 months and do enjoy it here.

yea should have clued in when they said home insurance is mandatory. car vandalized, laundry stolen, and sent to LTB twice during month to month. pleasant front office but run by slum lords. Dont do it

No hydro in three electrical insert plug and how do use extension cord to go across the room to get Hydro to the Internet. They come out to fix it and they did, Thank you Dawn McGregor

COCKROACHES BEWARE. Car broken into people yelling kids always in the middle of the street. This place is an absolute dump. And they do not care one bit to make it better. Disgusting. Just nasty. Money hungry. I am soooo unhappy here. Just beware the roaches are everywhere. The company can not get rid of them.

We are 5 year residents. All maintenance requests are taken care of very quickly. Professional and personable staff. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for new apartment.

Love the space. Even with children next door, the walls do a great job of blocking 99 percent of sound.Flooring is beautiful, walls are painted well, kitchen is fantastic with loads of cupboard space.The renovators did a fairly decent job, but there was a small amount of damage on the floor and some cabinets.The worst part honestly is the smell of smoke in the hallways, but the apartment itself smells smoke free.I'd certainly recommend the place to others.

As a long time Boardwalk renter, my experience has been very good, I transferred from calgary boardwalk in 2013 and have never regretted it. The secret is the staff. A company that can maintain good people is a company I will continue to endorse!

Great place to live. Maintenance is great here. The staff are a friendly.

Good service. Love the semi renovated apartment I have and great price for it. However the air in the hallways could be better . Good place too live with all the info you get from the community , also family friendly place.
