The past several times we have visited this restaurant we have had horrendous service bit after today I can't see us coming back any time soon. After waiting ten minutes for menus and for our drinks to be taken we were made to wait another 45 minutes for someone to come and take our order for food while the other tables around us had their orders taken (while also after waiting a considerable amount of time) before us, when we had arrived in the restaurant first. If this was a one off experience it would be one thing, but it seems every time we come the service only gets worse and worse. This was once a favorite place for me and my partner to come, but unfortunately the service here has completely changed and left us both disappointed and hu gry. It seems the staff here has no ability to manage large groups of people coming in and don't seem to care how long someone must wait, The only thing that matters seems to be behind the bar as most the time there is 2 or 3 staff members behind it.

I don't understand what the rave is about the food here, I didn't find it very good especially for what they charge for a 6oz new York striploin, BbQ mushroom to be exact, it was Diana's chicken and rib sauce in zag pattern across some poorly seasoned mushrooms and a steak that you swear was pulverized before it was cooked. The ceaser salad was possibly the best part of the meal. The gravy out of a bag..... For a place that does as much business as it does you'd think the chef would put some soul in his food..... As an experienced chef and a father of a large family I wouldn't say that this is worth your time.... The frozen cabbage rolls across the road at the gas station were better.

Over an hour to get our sub par meal at best. Place was FAR from busy. Waitress gave 50% discount but still won't be back

Service is unacceptably slow. Over an hour to receive a meal or drink refill. East Indian waitress is friendly but has horrible body odour and doesn’t check on your table often enough. I’ve even seen her visiting with other staff leaning against the wall when we have not had a refill of drinks in over 45 min. Something needs to change or you’ll lose all business the second there’s another choice!

I promised to remember our amazing and thoughtful server's name but I have forgotten so I hope she's easily found to be given a compliment.She was our primary server when the SMA group was visiting Esterhazy a couple weeks ago and we had rented the top floor. Despite us having to leave and come back, she, and the team, were easy going and really treated us well!The food was delicious, especially after a very long day, and the beer was frosty. Thank you for the great service!!
