Vian's Nails

I went here for a set of gel nails and the lady that did them did a wonderful job. I believe her name was Kylie, 10/10 recommend!

I usually do go here every time for my nails and usually it's pretty good. Recently I've gotten a new girl, twice actually and she has ruined my nails. I always get same shape and length but she just files them straight off. I get almond shape, so you can imagine my frustrations when she just continues after she's files them straight. She's learning, but maybe she shouldn't be doing real customers If she doesn't understand what she is supposed to do. I now have no shape and awful nails while I paid same price as if I had an experienced nail girl. They also don't speak to you in English so it feels like they are talking about you in front of you, yet not in English.

AMAZING...I didn’t mean to end up at Vian’s, I just stumbled across it! In town for business for a few weeks and I needed a gel fill desperately.After having my fill cancelled on me twice somewhere else, I decided to hit a walk in! Although the place was packed, they took me. As I read all the reviews I started to wonder if I had made a mistake. When all was said and done, this may very well be the BEST fill and gel polish I’ve ever had.A gentleman named Nam did my nails. He gave me an enormous amount of colours to choose from, asked what length and shape I wanted and through the process, continued to as if they where right! He was quick, asked me some questions about where I was from and if I liked Saskatoon.The ONLY reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because I think the salon could do a better job to show all the services that they offer and provide. Besides regular, gel and shellac polish they also have stickers, stamps and airbrushing. I only learned this as I sat and watched others. All nails that walked out looked fantastic and the price was good, $45. I would recommend Vian’s and I will go back!

I’ve had some good experiences here but just had a “not good” one. Okay sited over 30minutes for service (after I had made an appointment) and the job done was rushed and the result show that. The nails look gloopy and uneven. Not impressed.

Got gel nails done here and 2 days later 5 had already fell off! I called back for a repair and luckily they booked me in with who they claimed to be the best lady they had, Anne, and she fixed up all my nails even the ones that weren’t broken all for free. Disappointed they fell off in the first place but were very kind and made up for it completely. 3 stars.

I booked an appointment for a pedicure a week in advance for 9:30 as soon as they open. They're very friendly and all, but just so rushed!!!! My pedicure took 15 minutes... while i was getting my pedicure there was a girl sitting across from me without an appointment with her feet just soaking. as soon as the girl put my nail polish on she rushed over to start on the other girl. They say their pedicures are 30 minutes, and mine was half that!If you show up without an appointment they'll always squeeze you in. Which is nice if you don't care about the quality of your manicure/pedicure. They rush everyone to try and fit as many people in as possible. Overall I didn't really enjoy my experience as I prefer a more thorough pedicure. needless to say i will not be returning.

I have been going to this salon for many years. The service is great and the staff are friendly. I would recommend an appointment so you don't have to wait.

Went in July to get my nails done, nail tec was rude, laughing with other tecs while looking at me. Not speaking English most of the time.Nails started to chip and break 2 days after.Never will go back. Not worth the money spent

My husband and I went here for our 5 anniversary to get pedicures done. The girls doing our pedicures rushed through it, it was not done throughly at all! Once the girl finished applying the nail polish she put a fan on my feet for the nail polish to dry but still rushed me out before it was dry so it now the polish isnt even. The girl doing my pedicure never came back to check on my nails as she rushed off to do some other ladies gel nails. $40 a person and they charged me extra for normal nail polish?! I used to come here lots for gel nails but it definitely isn't the same anymore and their children are running around the business while their mom's are trying to work. We are both very unhappy with the service we received unfortunately.
