I have always had friendly and quick service at this location. And they are one of the few locations that serve Canadian Maple donuts! I would rather go here than any other Tim’s, unless I wanted to sit down to eat.

I was pretty happy with this location until one day it started being absolutely mental when it came to how long I would wait. My longest visit was 38 minutes for 8 cars in the line. I waited 38 minutes for a coffee. On a separate occasion I waited forever, the employee didn’t speak to me only handed me my coffee (at which point I had forgotten thag I ordered a bagel) so when he handed me the coffee and closed the window without speaking I had assumed that was it. I went inside because I didn’t want to wait in line for another 20 mins. I told them what happened and the guy at the window had just finished giving my bagel to someone by mistake.. at which point you’d think they’d make a new one? Nope, straight out of a strangers car .. back to the employee and then directly passed to me. As if . I didn’t have words, and I had already spent so long there that I just went about my day. This was the worst I’d ever been dealt.

The staff has a racist approach to non Asian descent.The owner don't hired any minories only his or her culture.

If I chould I would give this Tim's a 0 this Tim's coffee always comes out burnt and they always get my order wrong every time I go there nothing but disappointment there coffee used to be good but now I don't think I'll be comeing back to this location they have disappointment me one to many times

Wow just wow!!! Parking lot and car wash and drive thru is a disaster of organization. Food is INCREDIBLE !!! best breakfast sandwiches from ANY Tim Hortons in the city. Please train the others !!! Highly recommend

One staff member was rude off the get go. She was Indian in decent. After ordering she turns to a fellow Indian co worker and starts speaking in her language(which is EXTREMELY RUDE)Then proceeds to give me the wrong size coffee, doesn’t say sorry. All she says is I charged it to you. Then again proceeds to speak in her language to the fellow co- worker. I would be embarrassed if that’s how my staff treated customers

Go every day sometimes twice, messing up orders a lot and Hot chocolate Very watered down almost no chocolate taste order Hot chocolate and end up getting White Hot chocolate.
