Thank you for taking time to bring my family back to Sauble this past Saturday from the wedding. I’ll admit, I called that “other” company first but they told me they aren’t driving to sauble. My comment to them was how do I get my family home safely, his reply at Bruce Taxi, “not my problem”. Guess it is his problem now, because I’m telling everyone the story.

Awsome company. Friendly driver. Prompt service. This is the cab service to call for sure.

I was warned that I would not be able to get a taxi in Port Elgin or Southampton on a Friday night. Seemed like an odd thing to say, but the warnings were valid. 6 calls, 1 message left with my name and number, never heard back from them.The reputation from the locals is that they won't pick up anyone on the weekend. Very true - this taxi" company doesn't actually provide a taxi service unless it is during the day."

We have enjoyed using Wolfy's when in town for over fifteen years never an issue. Very friendly owner and very curtious drivers. They always go out of there way to make your ride the best it can be. Thanks Wolfy's for years of awesome service.

I am the owner of Wolfy's Taxi and I find the comments of a certain lady as to handicap parking to be overblown. The parking space in question was not deliberately taken to obstruct a permit carrying customer from using that space. We do all the deliveries for Boston Pizza and we go out of our way to accommodate any and all customers to the restaurant. The driver in question is new and was unaware of the parking restraints at Boston Pizza. I was called by the complainant about the situation and I told her that I would tell the driver of an alternative way to park for picking up deliveries in the future. This problem has been resolved with this driver and I do not think the severe criticism is deserved and negative comments are a reflection of my company. We take all negative matters seriously and will continue to do so in the future. As for the legality of MY parking permit. It is completely legit. Thank You

Best taxi service in Port Elgin...very reasonable pricing for seniors... friendly and helpful. They also will wait a few minutes while you get your items.

Didn't actually use their service, but the driver (female) parked illegally in handicap parking at the local Boston Pizza. She pulled in the spot right ahead of us and we told her she needed to move as she was in the handicap spot and we had a permit (which we showed her). She just said oh well, shrugged and walked into the building. We called the company and the man who we talked to said he would speak to her as this is unacceptable.He did say that their one black van does have a permit which makes me wonder if they are using it illegally. I told her we had spoken to him and she said he won't care that she delivers for the restaurant and was told to park there. I spoke to the manager at BP who said later to us that she informed the driver to not do this and instead just to park at the side.I don't care who or what you are doing... You don't park in a handicap spot without a permit and then you definitely don't give the attitude we got from her (not all mentioned here). I won't be using their service if this is how their drivers are.

Wolf Taxi … Christina Durance and I fixed your van and Dan has never paid us for that.Pay cheq 16 was never paid to me, when proving it to Dan he just cut me up. Dan owes me $400.00*. I GPS”ed each trip and recorded for safety only. Now 1 full year here in Port Elgin area driving “Cab” and some experience driving tow truck for SK Towing out of Listowel Ontario… Growing up on a “Dairy Farm” working with police and ambulance… I never made a mistake like this…. So Dan showed up, last day I ever talked to him… Sunday and I gave him “Cash” and work sheets and I didn’t stiff him…He was really mad when I said no more… i’m really offering up my time… it’s really community service driving cab. I average four dollars an hour. So I don’t need to be stiffed by the owner.

I had THE BEST experience with this company. My family and I were on our way up north to go on vacation and we almost lost our wheel, we were literally stranded on the highway surrounded by corn fields (2 adults, 4 kids, a dog and all of our stuff for the week). We called this company and were told that the vehicle (van) that would accommodate was busy but would come ASAP. The lady who had the car that wouldn’t accommodate all of us actually drove to the location we were at to make sure we were ok and also gave us $ to buy the kids ice cream on our vacay as she said “I know this isn’t a good start to your holidays so buy the kids ice cream from me, not long after the van showed up and we were on our way. The whole experience was AMAZING and they have exceptional customer service! I have never felt that comfortable with complete strangers who were providing a service. 5 starts for sure!!!!
