New ownership in 2015 by Capriet meant it was a bit cleaner, a bit more tidy but rents went up and up.One of the worse changes was the laundry went to a new card pay system. It billed us about $1.50 for each time we reloaded the card, before hand it didn't. Just another money grab.

Since Reza has started to manage the building things have improved significantly. He is responsive and effective in his work. No building is free of issues but overall this is a great building to live in.

No one shovels the snow from the walkway especially the back walkway and stairs from the office, parking is always dirty while we pay $40 for covered parking and the outside is $20. Garbage bins are over 200 meters far from office building.

Great house, near there is everything in two minutes on foot : large shopping center, bank, rehabilitation center, a lot of transport!!! The manager Reza is a very responsive person, helped us move in in a short time, oversaw the repairs in the apartment, helped with our problems! Thank you, this is the first manager that was such a pleasure to deal with.

bugs everywhere ,seen mice running around outside. residents are the worst lots of verbal abuse . If you have babies dont move here its cold bugs everywhere and apartments are not cleaned only swept floors. Lots and lots of noise hope you like arabic music at midnight. DONT MOVE HERE !
