A beautiful and gigantic house looks like a dream ...

Great for big groups (who rent many rooms) who like to party without any consideration to neighbours. There’s nobody on site to manage the daily escalation of noise, shouts, music and all the things opposite to a quiet stay. Not a place for people who want to relax. I rented a room with an AC, mezzanine and kitchenette. The “fully equipped” kitchen doesn’t have an oven, just a minuscule stove. The equipment is outdated, borderline dangerous. A kettle that doesn’t turn off automatically is a standard feature in 2021 but not here. The coffee machine is uninspiring, dirt wise. The AC is a monster of a machine sitting by the balcony door. Good luck with sleeping with this machine on - I mean it. As for the sofa-bed, remember the stone you sat on to rest after a long walk? well that’s the level of comfort to expect. One of the small fridge is so old that they removed the door of the freezer and renamed the fridge “freezer”. Warning: don’t leave your favorite Haagen Daz in it. As previously mentioned in other reviews the walls are thin and won’t keep the noise out. The mezzanine is great but it’s a heat trap. Impossible to sleep there. Both mattresses of the queen beds were horribly soft. Now, let’s talk about the Chalet located a few meters from the main property that is part of the Complexe. The chalet is for a large group and - surprise, surprise - it’s a party place. When I was there I could still hear the boom boom at 4am with the windows closed, both on Friday and Saturday (of course who would party only one night). Don’t expect to sleep the windows open as parties in the properties and the Chalet will make you change your mind quickly. Which brings us back to the use of the AC in the room. I could keep going and going but I guess you get the picture. For the same price you will find nicer place, and please do find another place. As for those who want to party then the high price is for the lack of supervision which is great news for you!

Very small room. Wouldn’t change our reservation by one night in the middle of the week. Unbelievable.

Thank you for your response, yes a gentleman did come to check on us an hour after you and I spoke, but he did not have any ID. However he identified himself as David and he was very polite. Also, my point is merely that there is no one at the front desk ever, not in the morning, afternoon or evening which is very unprofessional. And when I finally did speak to you at 11pm, you hung up the phone after you raised your voice. Again, unprofessional. So having said that, anyone could understand my frustration and worry. I am a very reasonable person but I had every reason to feel anxious. I encourage you to make some changes in the future to better ensure the safety of your customers. All the best.

Great place, very spacious and comfortable! Looks really good, all the rooms are cozy, and it's well situated for a good price. Recommended!

Terrible! I wanted to leave as soon as I arrived. No front desk. Have to phone and they will give you a code to open a safe box that has your key. Got to the room to find creepy crawlers on the floor. Mosquitoes in the room. Black mold throughout the bathroom. Aircon wasn't working or just didn't have. Place was super dated. The bed was comfortable. I will give it that but I couldn't wait to leave, sadly. I honestly cannot believe I paid for staying here. Was like a rustic cabin, not a hotel.

Nothing special for this motel, rooms are nowhere like the ones you would find in an Auberge or Chalet. The name is misleading on purpose. Rooms are pricey for what they are. Don't ever order anything to eat made on site, we saw their kitchen and it's not clean

We stayed in a room with a mezannie level, which was nice and cozy, with all the conveniences - a full size fridge, stove, fireplace, toaster, microwave. There is also an outdoor pool. The only complaint we have is the wifi is not good. They are aware of the problem with wifi and are working on it though.

Great place for a stay! The owner was very accommodating for a small change in plans for us. Having someone onsite would be nice, but it isnt a huge concern in my opinion.

Check in and check out is weird. There’s no one to greet you when you get there and check out you drop your keys into a box that’s broken. The rooms different and the bed sheets made me itchy but all in all a good experience while we stayed there.
