Everybody was friendly and caring. I'd avoided dealing with my teeth issues for a long time but they still treated me with respect and caring. I left feeling encouraged and motivated to come back to deal with the needed work. I liked the energy there.

All of a sudden I’m in extreme pain- my old tooth has finally given up & I need HELP right away! I called my dentist on a Sunday & received a call back & requested to see Dr.Chin ASAP! Monday morning, I was scheduled for an appointment that same day & was able to get my extraction-I feel so blessed that this wonderful team was there for me -

Our appointments were changed so that we could be in at the same time. Very considerate and appreciated. Appointments were on time, efficient and as comfortable and painless as any dental appt. could be. The hygienists were great. And Patty, as always, was a master at the front desk.

The staff at Pier Street are great! Front staff are super friendly and helpful. I saw Cory for my Dental hygiene. She did a thorough job and was always checking in to make sure I was comfortable. Dr. Chin is personable and does solid work. Thanks!

I was nervous at first, but once it got going it went very smooth, they were so nice and made sure I didn’t feel any pain through out the procedure, my experience was so good I recommend anyone wanting a great dentist to go here 100 out of 10

Dr. Chin is very gentle, explains what he is doing, and give anesthetic very smoothly and with almost no pain!As a person with anxiety, I find him and his team very supportive and willing to listen.I have been very pleased with every appointment I've had, from cleaning to root canal (which I am fairly certain I fell asleep during.)
