Always helpful. Pricing is right in line with basically anywhere else. Mostly. Sometimes better. Love the home town feel. Like an old school real pets shop. Maddy always loves going in.

FYI cats CAN get hot spots. A simple google search would tell you, but you keep being ignorant and chase potential customers away. Thankfully there are other pet stores in town.

I've been in there a couple of times and each time they don't smile or greet you. They just stare. They don't ask if you need help. When I did need assistance they make you feel like a bother. So now I just go to Nanaimo pet stores.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, prices are a bit higher than chain stores, but I'd rather spend a couple extra bucks and support a local business. They are also a satellite cat adoption centre for the BCSPCA, which is fantastic.

The lovely ladies who run this store are amazing. They have taken the time to befriend my extremely fear reactive rescue. Their selection is always great and will bring in anything your animal needs. Great little shop in Ladysmith
