Apparently I'm not worth their time. I was inquiring on a simple local p/u and delivery request and I was flat out turned away because they had no time. I asked if it was because they were too busy and maybe had some availability tomorrow for this, and they pretty much told me that their not interested in doing business with me at all. Kinda upsetting as I have regular work in this region, throughout the year, and was hoping to have a good, reliable family cartage company in my contacts. Maybe they were having a bad day?

Horrible. I am new to my area oh, don't know anyone else around here, and have had spine surgery. I asked if the company could just bring the delivery to my door they said no but they would leave it in the first SECURED area of my condo. So I arranged to have two volunteers from the internet (great guys) help me and we sat here for nearly 3 hours and they had to leave. The delivery driver did not show up until the 4th hour. Not only was he late, the driver was rude, argumentative, and unprofessional. He behaved as though my delivery was a nuisance to him. Then left my order OUTSIDE of my building. The order was well over 600 lb and no way for me to get it inside into a secure area so I had to call a second moving company to Move It from outside to my unit. I would never recommend this company to anyone my experience was absolutely brutal. Horrible horrible horrible.
