Enterprise Rent-A-Car
I was in an accident, and I was told I should not drive my car, and this was the only rental place. I was stranded due to a snowstorm when I got here they did not have anything for me when I explained my store he took another look at the reservation because a lot of them were canceled and sure enough he had one. I work at a dealership in Barrie and we service numerous customers in the Parry Sound area. I have dealt with Dan on 3 occasions and he goes above and beyond to make sure that both myself and the customers are looked after as quickly as possible. If he doesn’t have a car he is sure to find one as soon as possible and keeps both myself and my customers well informed.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car
On August 7th I made an online booking with Enterprise at Parry Sound for a 5 day rental starting August 8th. When I arrived on August 8th to pick up the car I was told there wasn’t one and that often Enterprise will confirm a car when none are available in the location. I asked them to find a car at another location including Midland, Huntsville and Bracebridge. None was available. I was given the telephone number for the area manager and was unable to reach him and his voicemail was full. They then promised to find a car and call and didn’t. They didn’t apologize, follow up or really care. Thus this post. Buyer beware….

My car stopped working outside of Parry Sound and had to get a rental in order to get back home. Dan was extremely helpful and nice and got us back on the road ASAP.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car
My van broke down on the highway and the garage couldn't fix it for two days. Dan made things so easy for me. He set me up in a nice vehicle with ease. He quickly picked me up and even waited while I got my things from my van that was inside the garage bay. Very professional and pleasant guy to deal with. Enterprise should be very happy to have such a great manager. This is just one of many positive reviews for Dan. I will do business with Enterprise again after such a good experience. Thanks again.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car
Was in an accident in my own vehicle; Dan got me into something right away that I could drive home in. There was a dispute at the other end regarding a pre-existing condition on one of the rental car’s rims. Dan had it resolved right away. Excellent to deal with: courteous, quick, adaptive and professional. Would recommend to anyone!
