I've known JTS Mechanical, and its Owner, for nearly 10 years now. They are an excellent service provider, are honest and are always there when you need them.

The staff at Jts Mechanical are very professional and friendly. We had our basement fireplace installed and the technician was very knowledgeable and quick at his job. Our basement was left clean and tidy. Highly recommend!

I had an issue mid Friday afternoon July of 2019, with a residential tankless boiler system. Chris was willing to dispatch a technician for Saturday am, when an opportunity came up for the technician to come by late that same Friday afternoon.Alex showed up and was able to diagnose the issue quickly. With a few basic preventative maintenance measures Alex was able to restore the system to a running condition. There are a few parts that will be replaced on a future service visit.Alex was very professional and knowledgeable at his discipline. JTS mechanical came through quickly and efficiently to provide exemplary service. Thank you once again Chris to your and your team!! Cheers - John

Was just accosted on the highway by one of their trucks. It was tailgating me so close I couldn't see his windshield. When I flashed the brake lights to get the message across, he only got closer. This lasted for ten minutes, he could've passed me easily, but decided to put my life in danger instead. Don't give them your business, they obviously hire people who don't care about safety.

Company does not stand behind their work.I recently purchase a new home January 2019 with a brand new furnace and air conditioning unit installed by JTS July 12,2018:I purchased the home from a friend so I know there was no history of any flooding in the basement. However in the Spring of 2019 my basement completely flooded. The ac that was installed was below grade and cause my basement to completely floood. I called the company to repairs the damage on my brand new unit. And they charged me $556 to repair the silicone that was damaged from their install and replaced barbed nipple and strap.The technician even asked my gas line instal tech.on tips on how to fix the issue. I would not trust this company to stand behind their work

Service was excellent by the nicest two young men. Ryan and Brad were very professional plus courteous and friendly. They were a pleasure to have and did a great job. I live at Qresidential on Geneva St. in St. Catharines. I hope they know how much I appreciate how much they did. Thank you

Let's hope you don't get the angry, inconsiderate employee who just flipped me the finger working at your house. While driving on the 401 WB near hwy#6 at 2:30pm Sept 8 the driver in a company van and trailer decided to accelerate to prevent me from doing a signaled lane change. I made the lane change and he decided it was prudent to give me the finger. My lane change was appropriate, his actions weren't. If this is indicative of the employees they hire then be careful considering this company.

Not impressed with the rude service truck driver minutes ago who was in such a hurry he caused a very slippery unsafe entrance off Rd 86 . You just lost the chance to bid on a huge project

Saw one of their employees driving a company truck and almost ran over a bunch of baby geese down town.Once they were on the road he continued to blare his horn at then freaking the animals out even more.Not sure why he would act like that I’m a company truck.
