Sandy the store manager was amazing, knowledgeable, helpful and happy to help me choose the right product, her expertise was extremely useful in getting the proper product . Highly recommend stopping in just for a look or something specific. The store was immaculate just as one would like to see

Emily (i believe thats what her name was) was extremely friendly and knowledgable when I came in to buy several things of wax, remover and warmer. Unfortunately the honee gigi facial wax made me have a bad reaction resulting in super dry/peeling skin, the service was great and i will be back!

Great staff all of them are amazing people. Everyone was wearing their ppe properly and social distancing. Lady with blue/black hair was soo helpful. She answered all my questions and I didn't feel silly asking her. She is very patient with you and no aggressive sales at all. Very nice environment. I will be going back a lot ❤✌

Went to the Namaimo store today amd found a member of staff to be very rudetowards me.She would not let my teenage children into the store with me to choose their products.In future I shall ne going to the Courtenay store where they are more pleasant.I have given you a 1 star but really only should give a quarter of that

Super kind and helpful staff! At the opposite end of town for me but always worth a trip.Very impressed with the way they are handling the pandemic. Restricting the amount of people in store made me feel safe as I’m immunocompromised and haven’t been able to go around like usual.
