They supplied and installed lvp in brand new duplex. In less than a year it began to buckle and nail pops appeared. Edges were not flush. They refused to warranty or fix their work. Blamed it on silicone installed at other end of house on baseboard near the front door. Lied to my face about it being covered under warranty. No repairs done after 11 months of waiting. They claim this is the only place this has occurred. So I checked the other half of the duplex only to find out their floor is even worse! They claim you have to go through the builder for repairs when all other builders advise you to go directly through the trades for warranties. They are deceptive and deceitful.

I recently had my hardwood floors refinished by this flooring company and I am extremely pleased with the results. The team was professional and customer service was awesome especially the girl working there named Simran. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for top-notch flooring services.

Harmeet is awesome with no pressure to sell and providing me education on options to cover the stairs. I picked one of the items in stock and got a great price too. The stairs look beautiful when you compare to what they looked before when they were covered in carpet. I have posted both pics.

Bought flooring and instalation from new Era , Harmeet pangolin was very helpful and knowledgeable, high Quolity material 8mm thick. His installer is great and did wonderful work in my house.I’ll 100% recommend him to anyone.

Poorest quality of workmanship that I've ever seen. These floor layers didn't even sweep the floor prior to installing the product. There were gaps in the subfloor that weren't filled, dirt, screws were left high, to be honest I would never recommend this company for any flooring products and especially not to install a flooring product. The owner who's clearly not a floor layer did everything to blame everyone else but couldn't bring himself to accepting some responsibility. They alone tells you that this is not a place to buy flooring
