I want to take a moment to express my appreciation for the exceptional service provided by Trish Miladin from Wilson Blanchard. It has truly been a pleasure to interact with her on various occasions. Every time I've emailed Trish with questions, requests for clarification, or raise concerns about the condo corp, she has consistently responded promptly and with great help and politeness.Not only does Trish promptly respond to my emails, but she also goes above and beyond to make the face-to-face experience equally delightful. I've had experiences with other teams in the past, and I can confidently say that Trish's level of attention and dedication is truly commendable.

Very pleased with the professional management of Wilson Blanchard, especially our property manager Nicholas Gavey. Our complex has 52 units and is diverse, older and in good hands.I would recommend Wilson Blanchard to anyone who requires a property management team.

Moved into a condo managed by Wilson Blanchard. It took me and my realtor calling/emailing multiple times in order to get a single response from the property managers about a time sensitive matter. Also tried to contact the main office but they will either not pick up or forward you from extension to extension. This is something I was warned about before with Wilson Blanchard. I hate leaving negative reviews, but I am already disappointed as a new home owner. I expected better care and service from such a well known management company. This makes me apprehensive down the line about their ability to address tenants/owners issues.

HORRIBLE condo board manager.Olsi is extremely rude and confrontational. He showed up outside out condo, that we rent, and started screaming at us in front of my 4 year old daughter over a cord we use to plug the car in. It's in our lease that we can charge the car!Yet he had the audacity to block the entrance to our home and berate us anyway.After multiple attempts at calling him, he refused to answer the phone. So we called from a different phone and he answered right away. Then proceeded to hang up on us. So we tried again, and he hung up one again. Now he refuses to pick up once again.DO NOT RENT FROM THIS BOARD! If I could give 0 stars, I would!

As a preffered contractor for over twenty five years,I can say with absolute certainty that WB is one of the most efficient,well run Property Management companies that I've worked with.Right from the office staff; Sam and Liz,Property Managers; Stan Dulberg,Scott Brandreth,and a list of others,to the Site Administrators;Trish Miladin,Nicky Hill,they are a group of professional,knowledgeable and always helpful individuals that make my job a little bit easier every day.Two thumbs up,take a bow!

Wilson blanchard are frauds. They can track your license plates which is unlawful. They pay their employees for google ratings. I was in tears and expressed to my boss that I felt like my life was in danger and they ask my to get my head check. They do not care about your property, only about how many properties they have. My has been severely damaged by their actions

I have had the pleasure of working with Wilson Blanchard for several years at different condominiums. I have sat on several Boards in properties they managed. We always receive timely communication and advice. Like everyone staffing challenges are a concern I feel we are fortunate to have a top notch team to support our needs. Lena Valdes is a great resource to our Board. She has several years of experience and able to deal with some of our complex issues. Laura Coulter was our Financial Manager and is also a great resource. Very patient and always makes herself available to aid the Board with financial reports and answer questions. While I no longer sit on the Board I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Wilson Blanchard.

I want to say what a pleasure it is to deal with Trish Miladin from Wilson Blanchard.On several different occasions I’ve emailed Trish and asked questions or understanding of the notices, or brought attention to a issue for the W589 condo corp. She answers promptly, is very helpful and polite.I’ve lived in different condo corporations and needed to bring an issue or problem to the condo managements’ attention and never even got a reply.Trish does a great job!

Ljiljana Niketic is our property manager that works for Wilson Blanchard Management Company. She is organized, smart, patient, a hardworking individual. Since Wilson Blanchard managing our building with Ljiljana being our property manager, everything runs great, projects are completed on time and she is on top of everything, leaving the residents worry free. Thank you Ljiljana and WB for training and supporting our building.
