Clean gym, great amenities and the staff is extremely friendly. Taris is a polite sweet girl and Branka is very diligent in her work. The best place to enjoy my workout, I highly recommend!

After a quick tour of the East location i realized they have childcare! Been going ever since and we both LOVE it! Staff are awesome! Place is clean, and you have to love that steam room!!!Keep up the awesome work Evo!

I absolutely love this gym! It is such a great environment to grow physically as well as grow friendships. Everyone is so welcoming and I felt comfortable almost immediately. Kieth has been one of the greatest influences as to why I have chosen this gym. He gave my friends and I a warm welcome and showed us the ropes around the gym. I highly recommend Evolution Fitness Quance!

Very Nice gym. I have been a member for over 2 years now. The manager Sabbir has been really helpful, always attentive and very friendly. I have already recommended this place to my friends and colleagues. Also very happy with all staff and how the members respects each other

I absolutely love the the machines and equipments here! My complain is I don't think they turn on the AC upstairs since the weather started to warm up. When its +28 degrees out, it gets super hot in there so I end up not finishing my workout. Sure the fans helps but only in the specific areas, if you're not directly in the fan it gets really nasty in there.

This is located at East side of the city, they also have other 2 locations in regina , however I like this one more because this one has less traffic compared to other two locations.Everything you need for bodybuilding, cross fit , cardio etc are available here, The place is super clean and fulfilled with modern equipment. They also follow all the precautionary of Covid-19 , their stuff also friendly and reachable. I would highly recommend East Evolution fitness if you guys live east side of city.

Been a member here since day 1. Amazing facilities. front desk always welcomes you with a big smile. Separate men's and women's workout area fully equipped. They have one of the Best sauna and steam room in the city. the cleaning ladies in the change room are super nice, and the gym always clean.

I’ve been coming here for quite some time. Staff is always friendly, address concerns when they arise, not to mention how often they clean/sanitize. I’ve known sabbir since I started at evo, and he has always managed to make this place an opening environment to whomever enters the facility, and is always looking for ways to improve. I ABSOLUTELY love working out at the East location. The members are super nice to each other and people working there are always willing to take care of my needs. I used to come as a guest member with my sister but due to the ambiance and one of the staff members, Sabbir who is super nice and friendly, I’m buying my own membership. Evolution East is the place to be for true gym rats!
