We had a water main break on our side of the line. Our neighbour referred us to Align so we contacted them for a quote, not only were they the least expensive but were able to come and complete the repairs 10 days later. We have high voltage line in the mess so was a little tricky. The guys were very nice, friendly and communicative. They did a great job cleaning up. We were more than satisfied, just the concrete left to do. I highly recommend using Align for any water or sewer work. Mike

I had to have the main water service line at my home replaced, and the guys at Align made an incredibly stressful situation much easier to manage.I mostly dealt with Adam and Jesse, and they were both very courteous, professional and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. They were both very quick to answer my many emails, and were honest and informative about the whole process, from start to finish.I couldn’t be happier with the service I received and will be quick to recommend them to anyone needing similar work done. Align is in charge of clearing the snow for my condo unit. Somehow they always get the snow cleared and are gone before I even notice! Insanely efficient workers! Highly recommend.

My main drain pipe that connects to the city collapsed according to two (2) sewer cleaning company. First time that ever happened and I was at a loss on what to do. So I called few sewer repair companies to get a quote. One of the companies that responded was Align Sewer and Water. Adam Wazny, Project Manager, came to my house and reviewed the findings of the sewer/drain cleaners. He then mentioned a winnipeg city by-law that If it's proven that the collapsed pipe was on city property, the cost of repair will be partially covered by the city. Otherwise it will cost arm and leg if I go alone with the repair. I just needed to follow the process. He gave me the contact person at the city of Winnipeg water and waste department (the person was very helpful but that would be for another review). I'd like to thank Adam for his assistance in educating" me about this by-law. He could have just given a quote and not bother informing me about the by-law. I wish there are more people like Adam

I hope your sewer and water lines don’t need replacing like mine did, but, if they do, please use this company. I called 23 city approved companies, I had four out to give a quote, and I went with Align. Their quote was about the same as one other company, but Align is a bigger company with more equipment and workers, they could do the job four days sooner than the others.They did a great job. Cleaned up the huge mess that had to be made, were honest, respectful, knowledgeable, on time and friendly. Did I mention they did a great clean up?
