Called on Monday because our dishwasher wasn’t draining. Technician was there on Tuesday at 9 am and the issue was resolved by 9:30 am.Polite, courteous and friendly. We couldn’t have asked for better service!

Incredibly resourceful and honest. I called for a service call, and ended up helping me troubleshoot. They gave me a few steps to try and repair it on my own.

TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY. Cleaned my fridge filter at the lovely cost of $200/hr after being a 6 minute drive from their office. BUT THEN THE EXACT SAME ISSUE HAPPENED WITHIN TWO WEEKS. Clearly didn't address the route cause despite this being a common issue with the evaporator. Almost twice the price of the quote from another business that wasn't available until the day after, yet this company didn't actually do the work!. Lesson learned. $75 service call price regardless of location or time spent on site.
