Called for information on our dishwasher. Instead of pushing to me to make an appointment, the lady gave me an idea to try first. Thank you for your help.

My wife and I purchased a full range of appliances from Parnell's in December of 2018. There was a fridge, stove, washer, dryer and dishwasher. We were doing a remodel and there was some good boxing day pricing. Everyone has good boxing day pricing. What set Parnell's apart was the quality of service. The service at the store was really great. No high pressure sales people, they were a friendly staff that were very helpful if you had questions, but were able to give you some time to look around. Parnell's took the order, and then changed the order at our request (changing dryer to a gas model from electric) with no problems. When the appliances arrived they held them in their shop for us until we were ready, which took quite some time longer than we had expected. Again there was no friction at all, they told us to just let them know when we were ready. When we did ask to have the appliances delivered the guys brought them in with a very high level of care, really looking out for both our house and the appliances.It may be that we take on another remodel in future, and we would absolutely make Parnell's our first and likely only stop for appliances.

I am very happy with the product and service at Parnell's. They didn't try hard to sell me the extended warranty and upon delivery of my washer, they installed, leveled and tested it, and showed me how to use it as well. Excellent, thanks so much!

there are no words that can express the lack of disregard for this company's commitment to customer service.it began with the arrival of the delivery personnel's refusal to remove their muddy filthy footwear, and the lack of floor covering.once the washer and dryer were on their way to the utility room damage was done to the door frame and wall. not to mention scuff marks on the floor.due to the confined space, the appliances could not be installed as planned and needed to be removed and stacked instead of next to each other.at this point, the arrangement was made by the store to return the next day to complete the installation.no one showed up, no phone calls. my attempt to contact the store was abruptly disconnected and the phone call terminate. no one returned my call.finally, I made a personal visit to the store and was informed that due to the high volume of deliveries no one will be able to complete the work for two more days.in the meantime, the appliances are in the doorway and blocking the entrance, and all the items from the utility room are in the bedroom.I'm battling cancer and receiving treatment. in the absence of any relevant regard for my concern regarding my health or the lack of communication, I encourage anyone who may consider a purchase of a washer or dryer from this store to at any expense avoid.

Great sale on now. Got all that I wanted and was able to upgrade desired appliances within my specific budget.Love that they are service oriented, and surprised that they will hold our appliances until our home is ready.(not available with other stores I've asked)Great warranty policy as well.

My washer broke down and I went into Parnells at 11:00 am and I had a new one delivered and installed by 2:00 pm same day. Thankyou Parnells for your amazing service! Delivery guys were especially helpful!

Ordered a bottom stove element and said Monday and came in Friday. Fast, Friendly and Fair price. Thank you so much. It was highly recommended by 2 other people I know. I recommended it now too

Purchased a Frigidaire fridge from Parnell's this week (April 2022). The staff was very friendly and had the fridge I wanted in stock. It was delivered a few days later and my old fridge was removed. The delivery guys were friendly, setup the new fridge, explained how to change the filters and set the temp. Very happy with the whole experience.

This is a gem. Had great help today from Pat who patiently walked us through the different models and helped us pick one that was right for our needs and budget. Also thanks to the boys" for wrapping and helping to load the dishwasher into our vehicle. Would come again and recommend to others.Update re Sept 22: Just had a new washing machine delivered and installed within 48 hours of my initial phone call.
