Worst dentist that i met in my life and she is an scary and ugly doctor. Ruined lots of my teeth and too much needles in my mouth. It's pure torture!!! i switched to an another dentist and far better than Dr Drapeau. DON'T GO THERE!!!

leaving a one star because they cancelled my cavity treatment 1 hour beforehand and rescheduled for 2 weeks later.

I was looking for a dentist so I tried calling them but I am never able to reach the receptionist and they never call back when I leave a voice message. This happened twice over the past year.

I was a little surprised to see Dr. Drapeau retired but I must say her replacement Scott is a fantastic dentist. He was very kind and professional treating my 8yo daughter, she had a great experience.

Just had two teeth extracted by Dr. Kennedy yesterday. He was very professional. The procedure was quick and pain free. Was an amazing experience and my mouth pain is gone. The whole staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I'm very glad I went to Moncton Dental House.

Just got out from dental house after getting 2 extraction. Every time i go to the dentist, i get hurt and that’s why I don’t go to the dentist. Today’s 2 extraction was probably the best dentist visit i ever had. I’m 58. Thank you scott Kennedy, good job, friendly staff

I recently switched to Dr. Kennedy and it was a great decision to do so. I've been to a couple appointments with Dr. Kennedy and he was fantastic. He was very informative, friendly and down to earth. The staff are great, accomodating and very friendly as well!Without a doubt, I would reccomend Dr. Kennedy and the Moncton Dental House 100%!

I began seeing dr.Drapeau in my early teens and have been a client of this Clinic until now(I am 50). I had an appointment today at 1 pm, but had accidentally indicated 1:30 in my calendar (my head has been a little hazzy recently as my husband passed away 2 months ago). They called at 115 to ask if I was almost there and I said I was 10 minutes out (again thinking my appointment was at 130). The receptionist was kind and indicated they were extremely busy and would have to reschedule(which I completely understood.. and apologized for). A few hours later, they called to say that since I had missed 2 appointments (in my 40 year history of being a client), that they would no longer be willing to provide me dental services. Seriously? Clearly loyal and long standing clients mean nothing to this business.With that aside, for while now, we had noticed this clinic was becoming run down and overcrowded. Not to mention, when we would show up on time, we would often have a long wait before being seen.With so many new and modern clinics to chose from in the city, I would recommend you look elsewhere.

I’m not a fan of the dentist. However they made me feel like I was a person. Dental hygienist was fabulous. Only concern is I was told my x-rays would be covered 80% when I went to pay they were not covered. I’m on disability and having to pay out of pocket was a bit of a blow. If I had of known I would have skipped the X-ray till I was able to afford it.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDMy journey began back in September with Dr.Kennedy and from the first meeting it was wonderful. He is kind, caring and compassionate he sat down to explain what procedure I needed, I had what’s called Paro which is a gum disease that the bone is deteriorating my teeth have to be removed.something I accepted as my mouth pain was unbearable but he was so empathetic. From that day in September to now he was GREAT! I had 8-12 teeth removed in the same day with little to no discomfort a immediate denture placed and he allowed me there anytime I needed to be, although I was absolutely impressed with everything done. (My denture was perfect the fitting and comfortable) I am so impressed and love the look I smile all the time. I will also like to add Courtney who works along side of him was so wonderful and very helpful kind, caring she was also absolutely amazing. The staff was friendly and so professional I highly recommend this place as they make you feel comfortable, and always have a smile warm wonderful atmosphere. Thank you to you all. Dr.Kennedy is awesome and from the start to yesterday I loved everything they did/do for me. Greatly appreciate this dental house ❤️❤️❤️
