I would like to thank Valencia for her help to process the payment of my order. At the very beginning my payment card was not able to proceed. After her attempt and investigation on something, I managed to make the payment. She is so friendly, nice and patient. I believe she is the best employee of the branch.

There are lots of good deals in this place with good quality. Whenever you go to this place go to Mobin, he is very helpful and knowledgeable.

We had an excellent experience at this Brick!!!Anata Francis was simply amazing! She took the time to make sure we got exactly what we were looking for and we couldn’t be happier!Valencia was very meticulous and made sure the whole process was efficient and smooth. Without them both we wouldn’t have had such an excellent experience! We will be definitely coming again!

Very helpful and friendly sales staff. Collection is good and prices are reasonable. One can get great deals during sales events. However, big issue with getting items on time. Ordered 3 months ago with expected 1-month delivery. Nothing as yet. Keep following up.

My husband and I visited this location after visiting several other Brick locations along with other furniture stores (Structube, Wayfair online, etc) and the customer service and quality cannot be beat. Ms. Anata Francis was our sales consultant that went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we wanted for the price we wanted. She even came in on her day off to assist us. She is a gem and we recommend her to anyone that wants quality service.

My daughter, husband & I went to the Brick in Richmond Hill& were helped by an extraordinary sales person named Nader.He was patient, knowledgeable, friendly & courteous. Nader shared his wealth of knowledge & experience about the different sofa's with us. He didn't rush us as she made her decision.When her sofa was delivered she was told it couldn't fit through the doorways. Of course she was extremely disappointed!After speaking with Nader about this problem he suggested that a different delivery person be sent to delivery her sofa.Today, within 20 minutes her sofa was put in her apartment.I, we can't thank Nader enough for going above & beyond for us to insure customer satisfaction. Best Brick location! Bought a new sofa ,TV, and other stuff because the deals are awesome.Please see Mobin because he's an excellent sales person.Very detail oriented and courteous. He's thorough and will spend great amount of time in providing information with purchase & warranty.
