Purchased 3 stools from this location, picked them up brought them home. We do not live near this area. One of the stools was missing the hardware. They then sent us the wrong hardware 2 times. We ended up having to go back to the store because the staff couldn’t figure it out. The staff made it clear that they did not care. Customer service was awful.

Sells items damaged and states it brand new and refuse to deny it was a returned item. I found excessive fingerprints on the furniture when I brought it home. Looks to be examined before a hasty return. The exact item I bought earlier came in box. The manager states some fabricated lie to say it’s eco friendly less package. That sneered comment I decided to never set foot in this store again. It has nice furniture but terrible customer experience.

I have been in and out of the store, trying to find furniture for my son’s bedroom struggling to decide. I purchased online originally out of convenience oneday. When I went to the store again, after being indecisive, I spoke to Sandra and she informed me that my order was due to come in the next week and that I could open the box, make sure I wanted it before I took it home.Sandra texted me the day it arrived. Took me to the back of the store to show me the product. I loved it and kept it. She also helped me buy a bed for my daughter and went out of her way to get another store to send pictures of the product so I would have a better idea of what it looks like in person since it was not on display in store.I am a big lover of structube, many products in my home from this store. They are good quality for the price and great pieces BUT I will remain a loyal customer because of the amazing service Sandra has provided to me.

Just left store. Had to ask staff how to replace some bed pieces. Pieces were old, we were willing to pay for them just needed to know the process. They were rude and dismissive when answering questions. Made my husband and I very uncomfortable so we left the store right away with a bad taste in our mouth. I often buy from this store, but may stay clear. Really sad about the customer service.

Terrible service. Some nice product but does not make up for the service.I walked in to look at some furniture to see two employees talking with one another, two females one wearing a red shirt. Both were hiding in the back of the store. After about 10 minutes of chatting another older female asked them to assist with customers. The two employees walked away from one another and the female with the red skirt proceeded to type on her phone.Not impressed, not helped, management may need to speak with the the two females chatting and not assisting customers.#localguides

We've purchased a number of products from Structube over the past few years. Furnished our home and my offices largely with their products. But recently we had an issue with a product being delivered without hardware and another product being delivered broken (which is fine mistakes happen) but the customer service we received both on the phone and in this particular store was disdainful, sarcastic and entirely unhelpful. We picked up our last two orders today and the customer service attendant (Sandra) informed us, without being asked, that we couldn't return these chairs if we assembled them. When we expressed surprise at this unprompted warning, given our recent incident with broken furniture (which there was no way of knowing until we had put them together) she explained we were lucky" they took their broken furniture back. We're going to return them instead of putting them together

Once again, l found the manager less than helpful. I asked about a desk and she said it didn't come in wood but others did. Then she just walked away. Didn't offer to show me other options. Could careless.The other staff was kind enough to ask if we need assistance. I've had two less-than-friendly experiences here. I would rather visit the Wonderland south location.It's too bad, I've been a big supporter of Structube since it's originally from my hometown of Montréal.

I have now tried to leave a review on Structube's website 3 times and after I submit it says submitted for review" but is never published. We purchased the Clarence king bed online about a year ago and the legs have since completely given out and are now useless. I contacted customer support numerous times who insisted I had moved the bed and therefore damaged it myself

Pretty large store for Structube, there are living, bedroom, dining and family sections. Because the store is also an open concept, it feels there's quite a bit of privacy while shopping.Towards the back of the store, there is a clearance section, which is great for bargain hunters. Some of the furniture has defects from being floor models but it is sold as is with a slight discount. Unfortunately, the prices are non-negotiable as it is set by head office. This leaves a bit of a conundrum for the local store manager as they are not empowered to move floor stock earlier than needed.Employees will wrap and help you carry your purchase as far as the door. You will need your own help if you have to carry heavy furniture to the parking lot. Alternatively, you could have it delivered for a fee.Located at the end of a huge plaza, there is enough parking space even with a dollar store nearby.
