Expect your concrete order to be delayed with the lowest quality. And this is thier normal.They delivered my concrete order (0600 PM), three hours delay for no reason.They suppose to delvier the concrete for my project 0300 pm. I paid around $800 for the contractor extra because of them and we stayed working till 1100 pm.When I called them asking them to justify what they did, the customer representative and his supervisor was rude and making this my fault why i didn't cancel even I called them many times while I am waiting and they promised to arrive as soon as possible.

Awesome place! They have all the masonry products the hardware stores don't keep. Why bother going anywhere else? Very friendly, helpful staff too!

Honestly, use someone else if you can. Over 2 hours late and wasted our morning! No remorse for screwing us. This will be the last time. Smh!

Full service at a much better price than the big box nearby. I have a hernia, so this is the place to go because the guys load everything into my truck for me. Their selection of landscaping products keeps growing.

They pick up their phone quickly. Simple ordering process. They’re on time. Their concrete is good quality. I have ordered from other places and it’s not the all the same. The drivers are great and experienced. Would definitely use them again.

They are layers and thieves. They did not deliver the material and they wanted to charge me delivery fee for it when I asked for cancellation. A load that I requested to be delivered the day after. The load never got to my job site. I do have witnesses. They lied about it.I hate doing this to a small business since I own a small business and I do my best to suport local businesses. I'm very sorry but , do you think$75 is that important to lose clients for it?

As a retail customer, I have been pleased with the assistance on two recent occasions. The ladies at the sales desk were, pleasant, well informed, and very helpful.I say this because many similar businesses don't treat you the same as they would a contractor!!

Being a construction worker i go to many yards and some i have to load the truck myself and other I have to unload skids of the truck myself because they are lazy or short staff but with KREITMAKER you don't have to worry about any of this!These guys run to load your truck with material! Awesome people and great customers service! And inside the shop its like candyland for adults with all the fancy tools!
