Mixed review.... 2 weeks ago i dropped off a bissel vacuum and they fixed it for free!!! :) then 2 days ago i went in with a bissel steam cleaner vacuum and they told me they DONT SERVICE bISSEL VACUMES !! :( So i went to AA Vacuum doctor in Nanaimo and they fixed it in an hour for less then $80. too bad dont think i will go back to this place.

I bought a refurbished machine off of them and it is amazing and totally affordable. Way better than buying a brand new thing from the big box stores. The lady who worked there was very kind in showing me how to use it and I am so grateful for their help! Thank you!
